This is great and very useful - however I managed to move it up but have not been able to move it down again. So I have to lift it off my desk when I am not using it, which is OK but not ideal.
If I was able to move it up and down easily I would have given 5 stars...

I am yet to have my desk fitted,
Customer service is slow, delivery is a lot longer than 7-12 "working days"
The business is hardly very accommodating considering the cost of the desk so customer is definitely not at the centre of the experience.

I'm sure once my desk is fitted it will be a great product, but I've had more emails and bumph asking about how good sit-stand are that I simply couldn't put up with it any longer.

Easy to assemble, sturdy and so effective. I was cramping up and having back pain from sitting down for 7-8 hours a day, but now with my Yo-Yo 90 sit-stand desk that's no longer a problem. Using the Yo-Yo Mat when I'm standing is so comfortable that I have to remind myself to sit down every so often. Awesome product, I wish I'd known about it sooner.

I still didn't receive my desk and no contact for 2 weeks.

Took delivery of a Kopulus Sit-Stand desk from Sit-stand.com. Excellent product and excellent service throughout. They even turned up and built the desk for me which took away a headache. I've had the desk 4 weeks now and it's a game changer.

The team were quick to respond to my query and the desk has changed my life!

I am sure that the product itself may be good, but unfortunately the experience of getting it has been poor. I ordered a desk over a month ago. The desk I ordered arrived with a broken top. I was told that Sit-Stand would be in touch that day to organise delivery of a new one. They weren’t. I spoke with a (friendly) man on the chat function a week later to find out what had happened. He said that Sit-Stand would be in touch with a new delivery date that day or the next. They weren’t. I have now spoken for a third time with someone at Sit-Stand who was again unable to give me any firm date for delivery, but has told me that Sit-Stand would be in touch. I am not sure that I trust that assurance. I hope that other people’s experience of customer service is a bit better and that I eventually get the desk!

UPDATE: the product itself arrived, and is very good. SitStand were helpful after this initial review and the installation was good. I’ve edited my experience accordingly.

After a 18 months of working from home due to Covid restrictions, I developed a trapped nerve in my neck due to my poor posture. It was incredibly painful and I needed to do something to break my bad habits.
After some research I ordered a Yo-Yo desk and I am really impressed. Very easy to assemble and easy to adjust heights. I now stand for my work and sit during team meetings on Zoom etc and I am managing to break my bad posture of leaning forward and peering at my screen, and as it just sits on my desk I can take it to work when we return to the workplace.
With this and physio my neck has radically improved - I am very pleased.

The desk does everything I want it to do. it is very sturdy. It is heavier than it looks on the website. The raising and lowering mechanism seems well engineered.

A sit/stand desk is a game changer! I've loved mine since I got it a couple of months ago.

I've noticed better energy throughout the day, better posture for more of the time and so easy to move from sitting to standing and back.

I got my yo-yo desk from Sit-Stand.com. So my review is for both the desk AND also for the service I received from Sit-Stand.com. So on the whole, I love my new desk. It looks great, is very sturdy and finished well and I now enjoy being able to stand and work when I want to - I run a lot of online training and enablement over Zoom - being able to do that standing up (which I would be doing in-person) is game changing. The desk itself was incredibly clear to put up and not challenging though it is heavy so some may want to take advantage of the installation service. I didn't need one of the options (cable management) in the end so I would have loved the site to have been a little clearer in terms of helping me choose the right options for my needs. Furthermore, two of the options (cable management and under the desk power strips) had no fitting instructions or guidance (nor where there any on Sit-Stand.com or the manufacturer of the item). I managed to figure it out but some may struggle. In terms of service from Sit-Stand.com, the website was easy to navigate, it was simple to identify which items were in stock and the items were delivered promptly and safely. So all in all I would buy yo-yo products and I would buy them from Sit-Stand.com

I love my sit stand desk. It has made working from home easier, while adding health benefits. The ordering was easy and the desk was delivered on time. I opted for self build, and within a couple of hours I had it up and running.

Great service with installation on appointment date/time. Professional service and really happy with the quality of my Yo Yo Pro 2 sit stand desk.

Web site easy to navigate and use. Samples were sent promptly. Ordering easy. Communication on delivery was excellent. Desk delivered on time with advanced notice of exact time on the day. Installer was friendly and efficient. Installer gave clear demonstration of how to use desk. Overall an excellent product and service.

Could do with a slightly higher extension

The standing desk riser I've received (Yo-Yo Desk 90) is superb so far. A very well built unit that takes very little time to set up. Fits on my desk perfectly and feels very sturdy and well built. Looks awesome as well. Going to take some time to adapt but I'm already feeling the benefits and potential of this kind of working setup - pretty revolutionary with the options it opens up.

Superb experience from start to finish ordering from these guys. Great pre-sale support via e-mail, with detailed and friendly responses giving me all the information I needed promptly. You can tell this is a company that prides themselves on customer satisfaction. Recommended.

Excellent customer support and a brilliant product. I wish I'd ordered one sooner as its going to help my musculature and general posture.
