Very disappointed with the support service. My website suddenly went down, even though both my domain and hosting are purchased from them. I contacted their support immediately, but there has been no response for over 24 hours.

This is completely unacceptable. If you're considering buying from SiteChai, think twice. Poor support like this can seriously harm your business.

Fast, good and professional customer care service

The worst service I got from this provider, Even The free hosting provider provides much more services than they do. The sites speed is nothing but the worst. I recommend to use the free services available on Internet instead of using their services. They didn't even care to inform anything befor any security update or something. Just worst. Loss of money and time.

Their support team is very good. I took their service and using for about 1 year. Very good service. Consistent Uptime. Downtimes are almost negligible.

Sitechai did not take any backup of the data. As a result, I lost my important information. The website was an e-commerce site and did not contain any abusive or inappropriate content.

I purchased a hosting plan from sitechai.com and was disappointed to find my service suspended just a month later. The reason given was a violation of their "fair use policy," but I couldn’t find any clear explanation or specific terms about this in their policy agreement. They claimed my account caused "Excess usage on their server which affect their server load." — yet there were no prior warnings or detailed metrics provided. This lack of transparency and communication is frustrating and feels unreasonable.
