Minimum rate
I received many requests from parents.The apps help in my opinion to continue my career as a child minder.The only setback is local parents usually demands less pay maybe because they are not yet expose to the international babysitting rate here in Malaysia.Maybe Sitly can set the minimum rate of 20rm per hour.Most Malays parents even Chinese and Indians expect a rate lower than 20rm per hour.It’s hard negotiating with them.

Untuk makluman, kadar bayaran adalah berdasarkan persetujuan bersama antara keluarga dan pengasuh, memandangkan setiap pengasuh mempunyai pengalaman, kemahiran dan perkhidmatan yang berbeza, begitu juga dengan keperluan setiap keluarga. Sebagai pengasuh, anda mempunyai hak untuk menolak sebarang tawaran kerja yang tidak memenuhi keperluan atau tidak selaras dengan harapan anda.
Dalam proses pemilihan pengasuh, terdapat juga situasi di mana pihak keluarga mengambil masa berhari-hari atau berminggu-minggu untuk meneliti profil dan membuat keputusan akhir. Ini boleh menyebabkan kelewatan dalam memberikan maklum balas atau menjawab mesej anda. Bagaimanapun, sekiranya anda menemukan mana-mana profil pihak keluarga yang meragukan, sila laporkannya kepada kami melalui emel di info@sitly.my.

These ppl are only doing this as a money business. Almost every babysitter I met were nvr bothered to work towards their babysitter n child bond, feeding with compassion, never taking safety care seriously ended child hurt n in pain... some even go to the extend of blaming d kid is too stupid ... shame on u babysitter.one babysitter named Sakuntala from sks apartment larkin jb is the worst nightmare... she is a useless person... cheater.... My last found babysitter from bukit indah is d best so far... she is really genuine n cares
