Fantastic service from the moment I walked in to sj prestige to the moment I drove out in my new car . I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh who made the whole process super easy , he explained everything in detail and definitely went above and beyond on making sure the deal was perfect for me,even the after care once buying the car is brilliant just a little check in the make sure your happy is such a class touch from a fantastic salesman and company !

Saw 2021 Mercedes C220D online and reached out late on Saturday evening and got a swift friendly reply acknowledging my email followed by a professional and down to earth follow up call. All the details of the car along with modification options discussed all without any pushy sales styles. Upon collection I was greeted by a welcoming after sales colleague who gave me all the time I wanted to check and test drive the car prior to signing all the paperwork and handing the car over to me. Over the years I've have bought many use cars and motorbikes but dealing with S James has got to be one of the easiest sales company I have bought from. No hassle, no pushy sales styles, treated like a individual and not a sales number.
Highly recommend and hope to purchase with S James again in the near future.

The business model is a little different to the conventional dealership, but don’t let this put you off, I promise you won’t be disappointed.
