I sold my Porsche Cayenne S to Nick and Matt at Prestige Cars Kent. Both were really friendly, honest and straightforward to deal with. The whole transaction went smoothly with no problems at all. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend them.

I would strongly advise against selling your car through Carwow based on my experience with this company.

The evening before the agreed collection, at around 5:45pm, I was contacted and told that the market had “drastically dropped” and that they could now only offer £1,000 less than the price originally agreed.

Reluctantly, we accepted the reduced price. However, when they arrived to collect the car, they then attempted to knock a further £400 off the agreed amount.

The whole experience was extremely frustrating and left us feeling that the agreed price was never really secure. In my opinion, this is not the way a professional car buying company should operate.

I would not use this company again and would strongly recommend others think carefully before agreeing to sell their car through them.

SCAM ARTISTS - not only did they offer me £500 over what they could pay through carwow seperately and under cut them, which I declined as didnt want to drop the car off. They then won the auction on Carwow and called usat 5:30pm the day before delivery dropping the price by £1,000 as "market had moved" - This is against Carwow's buyer terms and illegal (confirmed with Carwow and buyer is now under investigation). My wife was adament she wanted to sell the car and accepted the £1,000 reduction based on them not being able to drop the price any further should they come to collect the car, they agreed. They arrived to collect the car and dropped the price based on "minor scuff on the inside of the door from the seat belt rubbing", by £400.

The staff are rude and condecending and threatening. Stay away

Came to view and potentially buy a car, both Joe and Gemma made the whole process super easy and explained everything! Super easy to speak to, I forgot I was even buying a car!

Would highly recommend buying a vehicle from here!
