I’ve been using the SKG neck massager…

I’ve been using the SKG neck massager since 2024 and absolutely love it. I've just received the back pillow massager today and it’s nice. Great quality, affordable and very nice. I’m looking forward to seeing a version for legs in the future

SKG : Excellent Customer service - Innovative products! Well. Being and Technology

SKG is an awesome company. Their customer service is excellent and give lots of details for the product. Their massager are the best of the market. For example the eye massager is excellent eith high quality of manufacturing. The neck massager G7 pro fold has great different function such as heat, vibration, diffident massage modes.

Their products are unique in the market and a sign of extremely great quality.

As I said, and more importantly, its a company focused on technology and well being with a visionary approach and their customer service is excellent, thanks Edward.

Weak product and bad customer service

The product is extremely subpar and just does weak little vibrations. Worst part is they don’t answer your emails when you try to return. Avoid

I bought this massager for my husband…

I bought this massager for my husband but I use it as well. We use it almost every day for recovery. Besides it is very light so our arm doesnt get tired when holding it. We use it while watching tv. I recomand it.

Nice for bedtime

sitting at a desk all day is rough on my posture. honestly, the tension in my shoulders and neck drops noticeably after i use this. feels super relaxing. definitely good if you're stuckk in a chair for hours.

Its been more then a week they havent…

Its been more then a week they havent even shipped my order the told me after purchase within 48hours they will ship it. But the customer service is full ai replied. Totally a horrible experience and a lier company. I wouldn’t recommend

Update: neither they arranged dedicated customer support IT IS STILL AI REPLIED MAILS!! Also my order says its delivered and its been a week. No one updates me with anything! i did not received my order but its says delivered….also they did not compensate as well

Finally my order arrived. It took a month to arrive! Product seem really good arrived in good condition. But still waiting for compensation product as they promised.

I will be updating if anything changes
