First time using this kind of ski rental. Great experience. Zach was great! He took his time with our group of 7 especially the two kids. He was knowledgeable and patient with everyone. The equipment was in great shape and worked well. We called for additional helmets and they arrived promptly. When we called for equipment pickup Zach came back at time we were told he would be there. All in all a great experience. Worth the expense and would recommend it to anyone not to do the cattle call at the rental places by the resorts! Thanks

Fantastic service all the way through the process. One of our skiers had a bad fitting boot and they came right back out to replace. Can't say enough good things about them.

Great service and equipment! So easy to use

Ski Butlers in Whistler are the best. They went above and beyond to make the timing work and then to come back two days later for another guest within minutes of his arrival so he could go out with his family.

Have worked with them before every time is great service with attention to detail from the start to the end. The equipment t is in excellent shape including the delivery bags.

Ski Butlers made my vacation at Whistler Blackcomb so much easier! No hassles or time wasted trying to get my rentals in place. Nothing beats their convenient and flexible drop offs and pick ups! They even offered an upgrade to performance ski’s on my second day at a very nominal cost! I highly recommend!!

No hassles and no late start. I arrived late on Tuesday night to meet up with friends and was ready to go on the first lift up. Ski Butler’s delivered early and on time. They picked up my rentals from my locker. They were easy to communicate with and I will be using them again,

Unbeatable convenience. To be able to relax after a long day of travel while your equipment gets delivered and setup is really a game changer. While there are a lot of delivery services out there, the service sets Ski Bulter’s apart. Thanks to Tom and the team in North Lake Tahoe for making it an epic trip.
