Ski butlers was great & my equipment was perfect for getting out on the slopes during my vacation. The staff at Ski Butlers were so kind & made sure that I was fitted in the right equipment so that I was comfortable. Thanks Ski Butlers!

These guys are awesome. They deliver and pick up. They will come and make changes if/when you need them. They are compassionate and will refund for days not skied, whatever the reason. I cannot find anything negative to say about them at all. Their rates are reasonable and I highly recommend them for your equipment rental needs.

Great service, be sure to get pricing from them before you default to the local ski rental shop, they are oftentimes very competitive. That plus the convenience of extended fitting hours means you get on the slopes faster. Friendly customer service reps and the equipment fitters are very attentive to both adults and children.

SKi Butlers is the absolute best!! They make ski trips stress free and have plenty of options for any size or level of group.

The service was amazing. They were quick,flexible and very knowledgeable. I only rented skis and pole (brought my own boots). The one negative is that I wished the skis had sharper edges and it would be great if they carried brands like Stockli. I will absolutely use them again.

My sense is inventory was limited as the first set of skis were too short (by a lot!). The tech who delivered tired to apologize. Even better. He brought me another set the correct size. Yea!

We're a group of friends who meet for a ski trip each year, usually far from wherever we live. We've come to love Ski Butlers because we can easily rent our skis and boards online, have them delivered to where we're staying and then picked up when we're ready to go. Once, we wanted to make a change mid-day and a Ski Butlers rep met us at the bottom at the hill to make a swap on the spot. Could not be more convenient. We love the service and the price is very fair and comparable to local rental shops!

My only complaint is unrelated to their service as a ski rental company. First, DO NOT REUSE A PASSWORD on the Ski Butlers website. Use an entirely new password. Why? Well, because when you setup an account they email your login and password to you in plain text. This means they are not properly hashing and encrypting the password in their database, someone has access to it, and just by the fact that it's been emailed to you it is ALREADY COMPROMISED because email isn't secure enough for passwords.
