I purchased AlumierMD Calming Collection for £225 from skin65 hoping that this would help calm the redness on my face but unfortunately due to my highly sensitive skin, I had a severe reaction to the product resulting to an A&E visit. After getting urgent treament, I immediately emailed Skin 65 and got a prompt response from Rachel one of their customer service advisers. She was very understanding and tried her best to explain all my queries and was very attentive to all my concerns. She replied so promptly to every email I sent. Skin65 made me feel understood, considered and valued. After submitting all the information they needed, it only took one day for them to investigate then I received an email with an apology and was given a full refund. They also covered the posting costs. I went through a really horrible ordeal but Skin65 showed me kindness and support. Unlike other companies who take so long to respond and very hesitant to help when it comes to refunds, Skin65 has shown professionalism, respect and consideration towards me. I am truly grateful. Keep up the good work. Thank you Skin65!!!
