Skinsider are amazing!
Skinsider is my go to for skincare and has been for the last few years. Really love Korean skincare and Skinsider have a wide range of choices all at reasonable prices. My only qualm is sometimes the restock period can be quite long for certain products.
Shipping is always super speedy usually the same day or next morning if ordered late! Customer service is great aswell.

I had previously used Korean skincare and wanted to get back to using it again. I follow Skinsider on instagram and reached out to them for some advice on my skin concerns. They were extremely helpful and recommended certain products to use. Everything they have recommended has been perfect for my skin. I wouldn’t order from anywhere else. Fast delivery, free samples and reward points!! What more could you want

They have replied with lies. They offered me a refund but not on the condition that I provide details from the courier but I’ll be closing the claim with PayPal. It’s clear that Skinsider is not a trustworthy company my review remains the same so not use or risk being ripped off
. The customer service is shocking
Like most of the reviewers have stated the delivery service from Skinsider is abysmal and they claim to not had any other issue with deliveries even though the reviews on trustpilot would say otherwise.
I’ve ordered an item via PayPal. The item was not delivered when I checked the delivery address. I noticed that the street name was missing from the order. I contacted Skinsider who claimed that the address was correct as per the order and customers have an option to update the address. I found this very odd as I place many orders via PayPal and the reason why I use PayPal is that my address is automatically pulled through. Anyway, on this occasion I went into PayPal to check. There was not an issued with my address. I’ve placed many orders via PayPal since my order with Skinsider and there’s been no issues with my address. So I decided to check it for myself. I placed an order with Skinsider again via PayPal and I noticed what happens. When the order is place my correct address is displayed via PayPal. Once I click confirm I’m redirected back to the Skinsider website and the order is automatically confirm with no option to check or update the address as claimed by Skinsider.
I took screen shots to prove what happens and asked the to refund on this second order which they did.
I raised a claim via PayPal for a refund.
At the same time Skinsider contacted the delivery company who then contacted me asking me if I was able to track down the parcel. I explained that based on the picture taken by the driver I didn’t recognise the door and there was no door number so there was no way I would be able to trace this item. I ask Skinsider for either a refund or a new item and here is what they said. They want to send me a replacement item, but they are unable to do this until I close the claim in PayPal. Why the hell would I close the claim for an item and I haven’t received? The instructions from PayPal is clear that you are to leave the case open until the item is received.
Two weeks later and I’m still waiting for a refund or the item to be replaced
So my warning to anyone reading this review is to avoid using their company

Upon investigating your claim, we found that the address provided at checkout was incomplete. Additionally, we have no records of you contacting us to amend the address after the order confirmation was sent or during the parcel's transit.
All our parcels are fully tracked, allowing our customers to manage their delivery, including delivery to a safe place and collection point. Unfortunately, we do not see any requests made via tracking.
As stated in our terms and conditions, we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels if the address is incomplete or incorrect.
However, we offered you a replacement on the condition that you provide proof of a conversation with the courier acknowledging that the parcel was lost due to their negligence. The conversation you provided did not show this information.
We can confirm that our extensive investigation concluded that the address provided at checkout was incomplete. Regrettably, we cannot offer you a refund or a replacement under these circumstances.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the steps we have taken.
