Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I have had a pretty severe skin reaction caused by one of the products bought from them. I had bought the product via Superdrug. They refused to provide me with a refund and contacted the manufacturer instead - "I'm from" from Korea. The manufacturer stated that they have not had such a feedback from other customers and they hope I am feeling better. I am not as I have wasted my money and the product has upset my skin. Needless to say that I had provided them with a photo. They should have at least had the courtesy to offer me a refund.
Save yourselves some money and buy from elsewhere even if you have to wait longer. Those companies have better prices so you won't feel the hit just in case you react to any products.
Skinsider took the time to complain that I had mentioned some platforms to buy from in this review. They did not have the courtesy to politely reply to my review and apologise for the inconvenience.
The reply is conclusive of how ridiculous their service is. They have sent me the same reply by email.

Don't buy anything from them,they are not responsible for your parcel and send by cheap service and lost your parcel.
Thos is 2 times this happened for me.
After 10 days they said still wait.
Be away from them.
If I can put 0 star I did.

Fast delivery and packaged well

In my initial experience with Vitamin C, I've found it remarkably effective for my acne scars and hyperpigmentation. Even though I only use it at night, the radiant glow is evident when I wake up, and I've already noticed subtle improvements.

Please DO NOT order from this company
Please DO NOT order from this company. I placed an order with this company and they informed me that the courier delivered the item. However, this is not the case as I never received my order. I informed them of this and they said that they would not issue me with a refund or replacement item. I think it is disgusting how the treat their customers and I would urge everyone not to order with them

Definitely 5 Star experience! I ordered I’m from Rice Toner and it got delivered after two days. I ordered the same product from other websites 2 weeks ago and still have not received the product. I will buy from Skinsider again next time. If you live in the UK, don’t shop for Korean skin care elsewhere, shop at Skinsider.

Overall great company that I have been using for several years
I've been buying Korean skin care products from Skinsider for a couple of years now, and I have never had a problem with them. They have a pretty comprehensive range of products and the website is easy to use. I also signed up for emails and regularly get discount codes, which is a major plus. Items are always delivered quickly in recyclable packaging.

A great experience with Skinsider UK.
Theres lots of Korean skincare & makeup to choose from & I’m so happy I gave it a try.
The rate of delivery is exceptional! At the most, 3 days that’s all it took for my goods to arrive. The quickest out of all the beauty sites, I just couldn’t believe it.
I’ve just got another order as they send discount codes and they are good ones and last a while. I’ve nothing negative to say about Skinsider UK they are amazing!

As we discussed in our direct communication, the shipping address provided during checkout was missing a flat number. This was confirmed by Postcode Seach Tool and the courier.
While our website offers a Postcode Search Tool, it appears you chose to input the address manually. We trust our customers to ensure their address details are complete.
Although the parcel has not reached us yet, we processed an immediate refund as per your preference, deducting the standard shipping cost due to the incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
