If I could give zero stars I would . I Placed an order for some hair clips on December 8th that I was wanting before Christmas . I made the purchase with the understanding that Skippy Home were actually located in Australia and as their website states right across the top of the home page Australia Wide Fast Shipping within 4-7 days . Well that was a complete lie . After over a week I tried to contact them on their on line chat and I continually got the same generic response they had received my message and would get back to me . They never did , I then emailed them to finally get a response over a week later telling me the item was located overseas as I now suspected and by now I could see in the limited tracking it hadn't even progressed past order placed for 3 weeks . Next delayed response I was promised a refund if I didn't receive my order before Christmas. Again a total lie ! My order finally arrived in Australia and to my post office one day off a month later . Also turns out in the meantime I found the exact same hair clips at other Aussie stores including Cotton On for the same price or less but I couldn't buy them as I was waiting on these. I will never order from this useless store again and would never recommend them . Worst customer service ever !

Unfortunately it looks like this is a scam website. I obviously didn’t check well enough, thought this was an Australian site but from what I can see it’s in China. I placed two orders 6 and 14 Dec 2025 and have not received the goods, I’ve had no response from numerous emails I sent. Really disappointed.

Do not use this site, feels like a scam. Shocking place to do business with.
Promoted themselves an Australian business but suspect that is just a front. Still waiting for an order placed 5 weeks ago. Customer service a joke. Keep telling me it's been dispatched and referring to shipping number which has no information.

Placed an order on 12 December 2025 with Skippy Home Australia, received email confirmation, then email of tracking- this one said despatched. Checked tracking which shows information received - not despatched.
Since then various communications so sorry in lovelly writing.
First time I haven't done proper checking up & got caught out.
I firmly believe this is a very elaborate scam.
I have reported to Scamwatch in Australia and I urge everyone else who is having issued with Skippy Home Australia to do the same.

Following my review under ‘BUYER BEWARE’ on 2 December 2025 about SKIPPY HOME AUSTRALIA, I can now report the hair clips were shipped on 6 December, which was shortly after the date I placed a complaint with PayPal. Tracking information was included in PayPal’s response. One hair clip was in a separate cellophane bag, the other three were lose in the bubble envelope.

The SHIPPING AGENT for SKIPPY HOME AUSTRALIA is ‘YUNEXPRRESS’, a CHINESE SHIPPING COMPANY, and it appears the parcel was handed over to Australia Post at the ‘Bankstown Aerodrome’ facility.

I am not sure whether it was indeed delivered by Australia Post, since it stated on the tracking information that the parcel was delivered to the ‘Parcel Locker’ (at our home address). There is no ‘Parcel Locker’ at our home address. It is a simple letter box. So, we don’t know who delivered the parcel.

Be it as it may,
‘SKIPPY HOME AUSTRALIA’ IS NOT AN AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS
and it ships from China if you are lucky enough to receive the ordered goods.

My recommendation remains: BUYER BEWARE

Ordered car seat gap fillers on the 11th of December. They said express delivery. No item yet. Furthermore, the tracking system takes me to the shop not to the actual tracking. On another attempt at tracking I was asked to download the “shop” app. That monitors my google account. The tracking finally said through that app that the item has been delivered 2 hours ago. Where did they deliver? Sent an email 2 days ago and no reply. No response through the chat message system. How come they are allowed to operate like this? I noted that they are not registered in Aus.

Its way. Over a month later I have realised this is a huge SCAM. Disappointed in myself for not checking them on Trust Pilot and other reviews before I ordered. Everyday there are more and more out there. Be aware. Merry Christmas.

I too have not received an order from early November.Not even a confirmation or tracking order There is no contact number on website .I think this company is a scam .I do hope I am wrong.

- Fast & Free Shipping with Aus Post? Never been so slow. This is a scam.
- The given tracking number yields '0'. meaning goods have not been sent.

I searched ASIC (Australian Security & Investment Commission) and "Skippy Home Australia" is not a registered business name in Australia.

Unfortunately, this was the first time I did not do an ASIC search for the business registration prior to placing my order. So, this is also the first time I have fallen for a scam. Thankfully, not much money lost. I guess I have to write my purchase off, and have reported "Skippy Home Australia" to ASIC.

Ordered on 05/11, tracking says they are ‘out for delivery’ since 20/11 from half an hour away. 26/11 now, no answers from emails or online messages. Not sure if they will ever appear and by the looks of these reviews, will probably be broken. Wish I’d seen this before I ordered 😢

Ordered hair clips and half of them were broken. I was told it was how the parcel was handled. But this could have been prevented if the parcel was in a sturdy box instead of soft wrapping. Still waiting for replacement or money back.

Based on an Instagram advertisement, I ordered 2 lint removers from this company on 2/10/2025. The order was confirmed on 3/10, and a few days later I received an email informing me on its maintenance, but not on its delivery. On 19/10 I notified the company that I was still waiting for my purchase and, to my surprise, received a reply that the the parcel had been delivered on 13/10. To that email, it was attached a picture of the 'parcel' on the letter box.
As nobody in our small building has seen the parcel, and as I had not received notification of the delivery date, or of the delivery immediately after its placement on the mailbox, I wonder what really happened to my lint removers. Where are they?

I ordered 2x Vacuum Suction Magnetic Bracket for AUD$55.00. It arrived nearly 2 weeks after I placed my order (not the 4-7 days as advertised). They used a padded envelope to ship my order and not a box, hence my flimsy boxed items were crushed and torn. I was suppose to give them as a gift but not any more looking at the state it is in. I messaged the company and followed it up after a week of no reply from them. Still nothing from them. The items as well are not worth what I paid for and it looks like it's going to break so easily. So different from the ads they put out. Never again.

When spoken to company stated they got a sudden rush of orders and that was reason for delay
Poor service, pretty sure I've been conned by this company will never use again useless !

This website markets itself as an Australian store. Items ordered however are shipped from Hong Kong or China not Australia. They also take longer than the stated 4-7 days delivery time frame the website states. Items are also being sold with a significant markup on same or similar items found on Aliexpress or Temu.
