I’ve ordered on 4 separate occasions now and each time the materials have arrived being packaged well and without damage nor defects. Great customer service when I had an issue on my end regarding my last order with it being sorted promptly. Lastly hard to beat on price in my opinion especially for quality and range of materials too!

We ordered oak skirting boards and architrave and are really happy with the excellent quality of the products. Would recommend.

Searched multiple online providers, all of them seemed to need a minium order of £60 plus. I decided to hedge my bets with Skirting King, and ordered with expressed delivery. It rocked up right at the end of the max delivery time frame, and a little damaged by the courier. A rep from Skirting King had tried to get me an earlier slot, and has since contacted me and refunded part of my order. Whilst this review originally had fewer stars, the company seems keen to ensure customers have a good experience, which I appreciated.

If I’m honest my order has been a nightmare since delivery, I don’t want to be overly harsh on Skirtingking as most of the issue was the delivery company.
I had 3 missed deliveries due to lack of effort trying to get up my road. Several messages telling them to ring I would walk and pick it up.! No calls.
Finally got a delivery on the 3rd attempt only half my order was present.
Another day was spent waiting in for another…no show.

Today a delivery was made. unfortunately The delivery was some bubble wrap
This should have been 4 lengths of skirting. No idea how this was mixed up.

(On further discussion it was DX Delivery that sent bubble wrap).

When the 1st half of the delivery arrived it was good quality. John on customer services tried his best with the delivery company but DX are useless

Unfortunatly This whole experience has put me a week behind and financial loss with letting the joiner down.

I am currently waiting on a refund for my order.

Skirtingking seriously need to rethink the delivery company as DX delivery in my opinion are going to give them a bad reputation.

We ordered some skirting,architrave and no nails grab adhesive from skirting king which arrived without the adhesive so we got in contact and was refunded very promptly . They had a great selection and finishes would recommend

We recently replaced the doorframes (Regency D) and the skirting boards (Reveal) in our Edwardian home, and Skirting King had by far the best and widest range of options for different period styles. The availability of different dimensions for everything was also really helpful, as many places in the house are non-standard.

It made it much easier to find something that suited the character of the house. Delivery was fast, and any small issues were resolved promptly and without any hassle. Overall, we were really pleased with both the products and the service. I would definitely recommend Skirting King.

The order that was delivered was not quite right, but over a weekend Skirting King fixed the problem. This left us thinking that there are only a few companies that care so much about their customers and Skirting King is one of them. We would go back to them for future orders.

These guys honestly know what they are doing so many company’s out there selling skirting and door architraves they helped picked which one I need the Edwardian best one out there and I needed it urgently they sorted it immediately as I’m on tight schedule thankyou so much guys will defo order from yourselves again

Made an error on my initial order so contacted the company today to hopefully amend. The customer service I received was amazing and a pleasant change. I spoke to John who not only amended my order immediately but didn’t charge for the additional items. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and neighbours and will definitely be using them again. Thanks John for your brilliant service and I wish you continued success.

Quality product, fast, friendly and helpful customer services. Great value for money, couldn't recommend highly enough.

Great customer service and brilliant skirting boards.

After some issues with delivery (not Skirting Kings' fault), they immediately refunded the premium delivery.

Boards also arrived damaged (again likely the shipping companies fault), having shown evidence skirting king refunded those boards, without hestitation.

I would definitely recommend.
