Initially Rachel approached me via linked in and I was hesitant to order a product from outside my local area. After taking the plunge, I now regularly make orders which are always delivered on time and in full with a fast turn around.

The in house delivery driver, who brings large orders is tentative and helpful, always ensuring the product reaches the right Plots / Houses on site.

My first time ordering skirting board on line so was a little uncertain but this whole experience was excellent. The product is really good quality at an excellent price. It was delivered very quickly and exactly when I was told it would be. The communication from the team during the transaction was excellent throughout. Absolutely perfect experience. Well done!!

I don’t often leave reviews but just had to do one for this company as their service is outstanding along with the product. Nothing is too much trouble for them, the quality of the skirting and architrave is excellent it comes extremely well wrapped, the price is good, the turnaround is quick when you place an order, you’re kept updated every step of the way including when it’s been despatched and when it’s due for delivery AND there’s a human being at the end of the phone (unusual in this day and age). Couldn’t be happier and have recommended them to various other trades we’re using on our renovation. Thanks Rachel and team!

Absolutely sterling service from Skirting Online. Rachel and Lee make a superb team together and their personal touch, care for their service and helpfulness are second to none. From initially telephoning what I thought were just a standard online company, it became apparent from my very first phone call that this company was far greater than that. To be honest, the company name “Skirting Online” gives them a slight disservice. They ought to be called “Your Personal Skirting Direct” because that’s the customer service they deliver. Both Rachel and Lee managed to make me feel like I was their only and personal customer, which is an incredible thing to pull off, almost impossible. Rachel and Lee were incredibly helpful with offering a sample to match my oddly sized skirting already fitted to some of my rooms. They then accepted that I send them a sample of my current skirting and the very morning it arrived to them, they called me to help. From there on the service just got better and better and I would honestly say that they both went above and beyond and helped me with things which weren’t their responsibility to do so, but I got the impression that both Lee and Rachel are just very genuinely nice people. Turns out it is a family business and this really does shine through. Don’t bother going anywhere else. I wish I had found this company sooner.

Required both skirting and door facings. I simply forgot to add the facings to the order and had to place another order incurring a second delivery charge, my mistake so I accepted I would have to pay. I then got an email and a refund for the second delivery charge and the items were delivered together. I was very pleased and will certainly use again. The products were of very high quality and took paint very well, they look great in place.

Great choice profiles delivered on time and in good condition.

They sent us a number of samples, free of charge. The quality was excellent. Delivery times were good. Customer Service and advise staff excellent. When we found we hadn’t ordered enough, they made us up some more and dispatched it within 24 hours of us making the order. Would definitely recommend.
