Great chalet and amazing host and food. Lovely ski area with great ski school and runs for everyone.

Had a really good experience in the Altair Chalet, great hosts and chefs !! Food was awesome, the property was really clean. Well organized from start to end. Just loved my time there in Nendaz.

Chalet wasn’t the cleanest, especially the kitchen area that was in need of a major revamp as it had mould growing in the tiled worktop, also major concerns over the management of the hot tub even though emptied it was never cleaned correctly and almost positive that the correct chemical solution was not used plus after two days a film appeared on the water along with a rancid smell luckily I personally never used it but one of our group that used the hot tub was extremely ill the next day. Also it was the week for a deep clean which when completed was no where near as there were still cobwebs everywhere and nothing was moved I think it was a half hearted effort. Staff were extremely friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble though a little bit of personal hygiene wouldn’t go amiss when preparing food plus some PPE as well . Would I book again potentially not and I would go back to Neilson. Overall a good price and like I said staff were friendly however the company are not operating to their potential on basic routines

Transfer could have been better, but it was the best skiing of my life and a beautiful challet, so I can't really mark em down.

Excellent, helpful service.

The chalet was more than adequate. The chalet host was absolutely excellent - sophia. The ski area was great situated right by main lifts plus lockers were provided. All-in-all an excellent holiday - a big thank you to Sophia the chalet host

Our chalet host was very welcoming, kind and thoughtful. The food she prepared was delicious and her cakes were amazing. The chalet was always clean and tidy and Meryn made us feel very comfortable. We had a great week in Meribel.

Great chalet and great people running it!

This year was the 3rd year we have used SkiWorld and the experience was particularly challenging and handled particularly well by Skiworld. we were travelling with a coeliac and needed the whole menu to be gluten free. When we arrived we were immediately confident that this was covered by our host.

Excellent service during all stages of our holiday. Good value for money. All staff were friendly and helpful. The chalet was beautiful and well positioned
for easy access to the slopes and lifts. We wouldn't hesitate to use Skiworld again.
