I ordered a red/gray Street and Steel Riding Shirt on Skullriderz site while gearing up for a ride in Morocco.

Skullriderz sent what appeared to be a knock off of the shirt made with grotesque shinny polyester threads looking like they were woven from cockroach shells.

Trying to avoid flashbacks I could not get it back in the box quickly enough.

Responding to my request for a return and refund Skullriderz stated it offers store credits only.

Using a little fire and brimstone I was able to wrest a refund (- import fees even though Bullriderz has a US based warehouse.)

Skullriderz is a great source for gear if you like counterfeit goods that are grotesque.

I refused to accept an extra $33 shipping charge.

At the Skull Rider check out page I was billed for riding pants, shipping and tax. These all seemed reasonable, so I paid what Skull Rider was asking. While waiting for delivery, I received several emails from UPS requesting an additional $33. This seemed like someone was scamming me so I ignored it. I also the same notice by email which I promptly ignored. Since I had gone through the checkout process and paid the price in full, I was not interested in paying anything more.

UPS refused to leave the pants at my door without the extra money, so Skull Rider failed to comply with their side of the purchase agreement.

UPS then returned the pants to the shipper. Sadly, UPS then billed me $33 for the return trip. I immedietly contacted Customer Service and asked how they were going to correct this. I thought that they surely can't hold me responsible for a package that I have not handled or even seen.

The response from Skull Riders Support was:
"Regarding the $33.12, uufortunately, the charge was assessed and collected by UPS as an import fee and was not forwarded to us, so we do not have possession of those funds. You may need to contact UPS directly with your receipt to request a refund of that fee."

I write to warn future customers that SkullRiderz.com is involved in deceptive trade practices and would best be avoided.

Twice they sent me the wrong product and then refused to correct their mistake. Avoid at all costs. It is not worth the stress.

Ordered my Skull Riderz armoured protective shirt and received extremely quickly to the UK. Surprisingly quick during the COVID nonsense. Product fits as expected and looks great would definitely recommend.
