My many thanks and appreciation to all Chicago Team for doing an excellent services especially to Mr Zaki Uddin ,Mr Vikram Sevak and Mr Taher Rampurawala from after hours services and all crew. They go an extra mile to ensure travelers and my agency are always met what their needs.

Salute for Annie of Skybird Travel

I cannot thank Annie from Skybird Travel enough for the exceptional service she provided.

We had a very difficult case involving two business class tickets that were already beyond one year from issuance. Honestly, I thought there was no way it could still be processed. But Annie stepped in, took the time, and made what seemed impossible, possible.

This was not just service, this was genuine care and commitment. She went above and beyond without hesitation, and you can truly feel that she puts her heart into what she does.

In this industry, it’s rare to find someone who doesn’t just do their job, but actually makes a difference. Annie is one of those people.

I will always be grateful. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, someone who will truly go the extra mile, Annie is the one.

Highly, highly recommended.

Thieves and dishonest people. They only care about taking your money, with no responsibility toward customers.
I do not recommend them. Avoid at all costs.

Worlds worst - AVOID unless you like frustration and aggravation

Worlds worst customer service! Unless you know that your trip will not have a single hiccup requiring their help, DO NOT USE. Their phone tree is clearly designed to never get you to an agent. If it offers to call you back, the call will never come. If you stay on hold, you will get cut off and told to leave a message after 30 minutes. If by some happy accident you do get a person, they won't be able to find your reservation and will go off to talk to a manager never to come back and eventually cut you off. Once they have your money, you are no longer any use to them.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Sky Bird Travel does not sell direct to the public, only through industry-certified travel agents. Since we receive your travel request through a 3rd party it is often difficult to locate a reservation.

Took $175 out of my account gave them…

Took $175 out of my account gave them the transaction number Spirit airline paper flight John Bird said the money was returned to our account still haven't received it won't answer the phone I've contacted Fox 2 News I'm going to put them on blast

Unreliable

They don't really know what they are doing, issue tickets, void them, ask you to pay by bank transfer, don't pick up the phone.

They did not claim a refund from Air Canada on our behalf missed the deadline

They posed as Air Canada. Otherwise we would not have booked with them.
Crooks
Do not have anything to do with This outfit especially Shane who is a con artist !!

I recently wrote a review of a bad experience I had with a flight I had booked prior to the pandemic. My flight was cancelled by the airline and I was told I could not have a refund of my ticket just a voucher for future travel. After a few months of worsening effects of the virus I decided that I didn't want to travel anytime soon and I asked for a refund of my fare. I was told by my travel agent that Skybird was the issuer of the ticket and that the only way they would refund the fare was if I played a rather large penalty. I was very angry about that and I wrote a nasty review of Skybird`s customer service. I immediately got a response from Michael Dunne who is a rep. Of Skybird and he asked me to contact him about my experience. He set the record straight on what Skybirds policies are and assured me that the penalties I was quoted were not real. He worked diligently and quickly and got me my refund with only a small rebooking fee. I can't thank him enough for keeping me from being taken advantage of.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! Do Not deal with them! Trying to get our daughter out of Italy and they took total advantage. We had booked a flight out of Venice after receiving a phone call that we had less than a week to get our daughter out of Italy (due to COVID-19) - several hours later received word that college would not provide transportation out of Venice (due to being a hot spot) it needed to be Rome, called them back (took hours to reach anyone) and they refused to change anything or any refund! (Even asked for credit for future travel =nothing) Their cost from Italy to New York was $1000.00 plus luggage- all we wanted was a change of airports! They were awful to work with! Called another travel agent and got my daughter a ticket for $400 which included luggage. We tried to dispute with no success! DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY COST!! $1400 to get our daughter out of Italy and no thanks to them! Any future travels for us or any friends and family will Not be through this crappy company. Stay away!!

thank you SKYBIRD Travel for your help especially on this difficult times.
They helped me rebook my flight and found a way to bring me home to my family.
I was desperate because Delta airlines had some flight cancellation due COVID-19 and their team was able to find a way to assist me . I paid some minimal fare difference ( which is expected) and they are charging service fees which is fine because I understand the effort that they have provided me .
Thank you SKY BIRD team for a job well done .

AVOID SKYBIRD TRAVEL LIKE IT HAS BUBONIC PLAGUE MIXED WITH EBOLA. THEY CHARGED US FOR REBOOKING AN AIRLINE CANCELLED FLIGHT. WHEN WE DISPUTED, AND WON THE DISPUTE, THEY SENT A COLLECTION AGENCY AFTER US. SCAM ARTISTS

They used my credit card without my authorization
They will not talk to me. I got a hold of them once and then they hung up.
This is very bad. Stay away. I’m calling RCMP for a fraud investigation

My experience is bad

My experience is bad. I thought that I was calling KLM for a ticket to Europe. Travel rep did not identify himself as an airline consolidator but led me to think I was talking to a KLM employee. I requested and I was told that I had aisle seats on all legs of my journey, also 1 piece of luggage for check-in. Turns out, NO seats had been reserved and KLM wanted me to pay for a seat. Also, there was NO check-in luggage allowance. When I complained to KLM, they looked up and gave me the name of Sky Bird Travel. When I complained to Sky Bird repr at 888-275-8925, he declined to give me their email so that I could write a formal complaint. Hence this review.

My partner and I booked a ticket to …

My partner and I booked a ticket to Vegas. They ended up using our credit card details to book several other flights with United. When we contacted them, they refused to let us talk to customer support before we had heard them out on their offers. As a result, we had to spend 30 mins on the phone with a sales person listening to scammy offers. When we refused, they just hung up.
