My experience with Skycaskets was the best. They made a beautiful custom casket for my son’s burial and it was made with so much care and concern for our son. This funeral was one of the most trying times in my life and working with Skycaskets definitely put a smile on my face. I'm so hurt it's been a nightmare for me I'm a mother and I'm single with for kids I ordered a wooden casket for my father it was supposed to be cherry wood I was told that it was the same one use for the owner grandmother that was beautiful and that I was gonna love it. When I seen it I was actually crying It was absolutely horrible the color the quality everything about was horrible I couldn't never expect anything so terrible it looks nothing like the picture I was so embarrassed I called and had to order another casket and never got my money back or anything I just couldn't believe how this happened especially when they have really nice pictures on the site I'm heartbroken.

It was absolutely amazing! For me, it was a confirmation that God is with us. They didn’t have the casket I ordered for my dad, and somehow the CEO of Sky Caskets himself received my order! He called me, and luckily I called him back in time. He upgraded my dad’s casket for free. He gave me a military discount because my dad was a 100% disabled veteran, and he also covered the shipping cost. Amazing! If I hadn’t gotten in touch with him when I did, the casket wouldn’t have shipped in time. He said he was a Christian, and God was with me. I am a Christian as well.
