I posted a really really great complimented review for this company. No one returned my call or email, I know it was over the weekend when my brother went to view casket. No one contacted us back casket arrived like a day earlier than stated, thankful for that. The actual inside lining isn’t what we asked for, such a disappointment for what we paid for. It was suppose to be all white inside and out. The disappointment in my brothers face and voice for his beloved wife in a casket that’s not the color was heart wrenching.

I received terrific customer service, very efficient and excellent pricing.
I am very happy with Skycaskets and would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

I had an exceptional experience ordering a casket for my mom. During the process, I had the pleasure of speaking directly with the owner of the company. From the very beginning of the call, the care, kindness, and compassion they showed were truly heartfelt. Even though we only spoke for about 10 minutes, they treated me with such understanding and respect during a very difficult time.

During one of the hardest times for our family, Sky Caskets truly stepped up for us. We initially went through Titan Caskets and unfortunately did not have a good experience. The casket we received was not what we were expecting, which made an already painful situation even more stressful.

very nice people! on time , 2/1 i ordered,delivery went well coffin beutiful just not the one I purchaced on line! i got a message of an upgrade that actually cost 600$ more but at time of purchace my original coffin said available but next day after purchace gone!

I cannot put into words how great Skycaskets are. I had problems with another casket company that I prepaid and was told it will be in California waiting for me to call when I needed it. They did not honor their commitment. I needed a purple casket by the next day. Skycaskets stepped up and said they have the color and would be their the next morning. If I had to give them a star rating from 1 to 5 they would get a 10 star. Great people that care about making the process easy and helping the customer in their time of need! After receiving the wrong casket from another company, Matthew kindly and swiftly helped us through an extremely stressful situation. We were able to order a new custom casket, less than 48 hours before the funeral. It was very healing working with the sky casket staff. They felt like family. They kind of became family through the process.

They were more than patient with us as they walked us through the process. When you lose a loved one you feel like you are walking around in a fog. We made mistakes and changes and they lovingly worked with us through everything. They were also able to rush our order as ours was a terrible unexpected loss.

No one should ever have to purchase a casket for their child but Matthew made the process very smooth and easy as purchasing a custom casket could be. I wanted something special and as I was talking about it he was designing something I had in my mind. I shared the things my son loved from his favorite NFL team to his favorite musical group. And wow! I was impressed and excited at the same time. In my grief I had a sense of joy in what was being created for my boy.

The staff provided compassionate care the day my husband passed. I was skeptical buying a casket online but I took thr leap of faith and purchased it. Everything promised was provided. The casket was delivered the next day to thr funeral home. Thank you.
