4184 Driver was very patient and came round and understood the situation I was in. Was not rude, nor abusive and was professional and was a good driver also was timely to what he knew (skyline told me he would be later). Think I should mention, it was a 06:00 taxi (what I got told by operator) and he got here 05:40, what he got told. So regardless, you will get to your destination in good time with him.

Also had driver 4114 today and was timely & himself, good driver again and got me to my destination in very good time. Friendly driver.

Please commend these two drivers & treat them!

Visiting family and used skyline all week this week from Bletchley to CMK. No problem. 14th Feb driver rude and I refused to ride with him he made a mistake arriving in a different location than booked and proceeded to blame me , was rude and I refused in seconds not to proceed with the driver. Skyline apologised and sent another driver. Today skyline proceed to tell me I’m banned, said I booked a taxi today early and damaged a vehicle - I had not used any taxi today at all. Quite clearly this is because I refused a driver the evening before but have never damaged or touched any vehicle. Customers beware!!!!

Skyline cab drivers are extremely unprofessional, verbally abusive, aggressive.
My insurance company arranged them for my onward journey and they just stretched the trip to increase their miles as they get paid on miles. When I questioned the driver was extremely upset and got abusive. I had to call the police after reaching to destination.
AVOID!!!

Ordered a taxi THE DAY BEFORE to take me to the train station...8:20am for an 8:48am train to London. At 8:20am they messaged me saying they had reassigned a driver, at 8:30 no one had arrived - so important was my meeting that I had to get my 150K mint clean motor out the garage, which never comes out in the rain but just had no choice, and drove to the train station...and I would never leave it there either.... Taxi turned up at 8:45am, I called them to ask them if they are stupid - and asked for a refund. They absolutely don't give a S**T.

This company is the worst taxi company I've ever encountered. The mischarged me on several occasions, quoting one price via the app and then automatically deducting a more expensive fare via my bank card which I've challenged with their management on several occasions and they fail to respond. And they keep sending the drivers to the wrong address because of their automated system that doesn't give their drivers the full postcode. When you call, you are handled by an offshore call centre who are powerless to help. Last week the taxi didn't turn up on time and I had to drive to my destination instead, and they've taken a £3.50 cancellation fee. Again they will not respond to my complaint. I'm never using them again and have reported to trading standards.

Terrible company & even the drivers say so. Had a trip recently cancelled with Skyline with another driver showing up 30minutes later making us late for a booking which got cancelled and ruined our evening. I lost a deposit and what was to be a surprise for a friends birthday.
Skyline refused any compensation & after exchanging multiple emails blamed it on a faulty car.
Taxis smell like p*ss & s**t and they treat all staff and customers like animals.

Company needs investigating.

Had a terrible experience with a dishonest driver and got charged.
He clicked that he had arrived but he was no where to be found, later went ahead to click Passenger on board, knowing fully well he didn’t come to my location, drove around and ended the trip without me on board. I am still shocked till this very moment

Although the last Taxi Journey was professional and on time sadly this time I have to provide feedback on this disappointing Journey this morning

Today I arranged for a Sky Line Taxi to pick me up at 7 am to go to MK Train Station.I received a text with car details with information about the type of vehicle I would be picked up by including the registration number .

To my surprise although the vehicle arrived on time, the vehicle details did not match the type of car that was said to have been picking me up.Instead of getting registration LN67WCX I got LN16TXU instead of getting a black Hyundai i received a Toyota. Dispite the Driver arriving on time and confirming my name.

I feel the text that you should receive of the car details picking you up should actually match physically with the car picking you up.

As this is a safety hazard. Soo many women get raped and killed and attacked by getting into cars thinking its there Cab.

I felt very anxious throughout this journey this morning and hope that you understand the importance of accuracy to protect passengers.

I do not wish the feedback to hinder your bussiness, but I only kindly request that you make sure this never happens again.

The disappointing thing is that you lied when you said you sent me a text that you sent me both vehicles, I include pictures of the Whats App communication as proof.

My flight after a cruise, was delayed by about 2 hours.
When I touched down at Gatwick. I contacted Skyline who,informed me my driver was waiting for me, and to contact him after collecting my suitcase. When I did, he told me to make my way to some hotel - I have not used Gatwick before. I told him so. His English was not good. I was tired and lost my patience. I told him I had no intentions of finding him in a place I did not know in the dark, and that if he was not prepared to find me, I would ring Skyline and ask for another driver.
Eventually and about 20 minutes later he turned up. When I got into the taxi, the cost displayed was nearly £18 more than the quoted price. After haggling with him and phoning skyline I decided to pay the full price as I am a very slight woman and I felt too vulnerable to argue

Hello, we just got picked up from the airport by Abdul car 14 and we can’t recommend him enough the nicest taxi man we have ever had and we get taxis a lot. Kind man and went out of his way. We would deffo recommend skyline

The driver arrived at the wrong place , called me and expected me to walk to him, then when I explained that I was the customer and I wouldn’t be walking to his place of choosing he started saying listen to me.. that was enough for me. So I cancelled and walked.. wasted twenty minutes of my time and still had a fifteen minute walk..

EXTREMELY PATHETIC SERVICE
I have no words to express how pathetic and unprofessional this taxi service is. A complete joke made me wait 1 hour at Heathrow airport before telling the car that “was on the way has broken down and new car is being issued and that I would need to wait another 50 mins for it”
What an absolute joke. Had to take a train to Leicester due to their service.

Used App to prebook a taxi today to the hospital. Quick and easy app to use. Prepaid online, money not taken out till journey completed. Emailed receipt. Taxi arrived on time, clean vehicle and friendly professional driver. Booked another for return journey, app could locate where i was so just entered destination. Taxi arrived within 3 mins, excellent service happy to recommend.

You don't even get that 1 star I HAD to touch just to leave the review.

What a DISGRACEFUL and disrespectful company. The last cab I ordered was parked hidden away with the meter running (costing me more than it should) and then when I enquired about why he was not at the required pick up he got a massive attitude accusing me of being trouble which I feel was actually racially motivated even though this dude had brow skin himself (the ignorance, lol). I will NEVER use these shameful excuse for humans' company again. You get charged when they don't even turn up and then get grief when they do. They chat to females in which ever manner they see fit and if I wasn't so assertive, would have actually been intimated by the encounter. No point even calling up to complain, because they'll only anger me and I'm not bringing myself down to their low level of standards.
Avoid!!!! DO NOT send your daughters with these perverts either, unless you want problems.

You've had the last of my money and should be shut down, honestly. The ONLY thing these are good for is poor service and disrespect.

The airport run from hell!! My daughter was to be collected at 2am this morning to go to the airport. She had to call the expected driver to find out where he was, he sounded like he’d just woke up!! Once he got there he drove like a complete idiot.He was taking roundabouts at 50 miles an hour and drove up the wrong side of the road!!! She was on the phone to skyline whilst in the taxi as she was so scared, my granddaughter was petrified! My daughter insisted that the driver took them back home and they then had to drive to the airport themselves!! You should be ashamed skyline!!!

Despite several attempts to contact your customer service on the phone, I was met with automated responses and prolonged waiting times. As a direct result of the taxi not showing up, I missed my train. The financial implications of this oversight on your part have inconvenienced me considerably. I have been refused a refund for my ticket which cost me £35.29. See attached. Full receipt will follow when Trainline website is back online

While I understand that unforeseen situations can arise, it is essential for a service-oriented company like yours to ensure that reliable mechanisms are in place to communicate any disruptions to its customers in a timely manner.

I am expecting this email to be ignored and as such I will make an office complaint to Passenger Transport Licensing Division at the Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA) in 10 business days.

I kindly urge you to process my request for compensation as soon as possible. I hope to receive a positive and prompt resolution to this matter. Please confirm in writing once the compensation has been processed.

Yet are always late - change the fees to when and what they want. I’ve waited 40 mins over my suggestion time.
Didn’t even turn up to take my grandad to his appointment when it was pre booked.
And when you call up to complain “call back up at 10” or “the boss is not in the office at the moment” and the reason was for the lateness was “we’ve prioritised people who have booked” even if I’ve booked on the app so I’ve pre paid.

No compassion with the person that speaks to you on the phone - if you’re late they add money onto your fare. If the taxi is late. Nothing. Expect to pay full fare.

I used to absolutely love TCars but now it’s not even worth the stress.
Wouldn’t use these if you need to be somewhere on time.

Ordered a taxi for my daughter to get home. My daughter was standing outside address to be picked up from and driver didn't turn up but still got charged £6.70 cancellation fee. So I get charged for taxi not turning up. When I called the office had an ignorant controller . Would never recommend this rip off company

My daughter trying to get home from work at 24:45 , cab sent not sent cab parked !! Useless a regular user of this company with total disregard for the young woman’s safety clearly!! Lost a regular family use here . Your service is not good enough for young vulnerable women and you just don’t care!! So bye bye skyline and hello bolt? Maybe a little more to pay but you cannot put a price on safety.!!!!
