I've been unable to access my WHM and WHMCS panels for 3 days. I understand that we had a global issue with the cPanel/WHM security incident (CVE-2026-41940) and CloudLinux Kernel Vulnerability (CVE-2026-31431), and I know my plan is small, but I've been without emails, website, and WHMCS for 3 days – everything is down. I have cPanel and WHM on other providers, and everything was resolved within hours. I need a healthy backup of my cPanel/WHM to be able to use it on another provider. I can't be offline for this long, even if it's a small plan.

I have been a customer of skynethosting for the last 10 years.

But the last 3 days have been a complete nightmare for me as all sites and services are down and all they give are pretty written replies. I don't see any other hosting companies with this cpanel shutdown.

I have clients who have not done business or been able to reach their customers for nearly 4 days which is totally unacceptable.

I am really disappointed and I cannot even explain how much of headache and damage it's caused to my company.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service are receiving. All client websites and emails have been down for the past 3 days, and we are not getting any meaningful response from your team. The updates being shared are repetitive, copy-paste messages with no real progress or clarity.

I understand that a vulnerability issue occurred, but the recovery process is unacceptably slow. Most global services have already been restored, yet we still have no concrete timeline, no clear communication, and no visibility on the status of our data.

Our clients’ businesses have been completely disrupted for the last 3 days. This is causing serious financial and reputational damage. Despite multiple requests, we are still not being given access to our data so we can migrate to another provider if needed.

If there is any decision-maker or responsible authority available, I request you to urgently step in and understand the severity of this situation. This is not just a technical issue, it is directly impacting multiple businesses and livelihoods.

We need immediate action, transparent communication, and either a clear recovery timeline or access to our data without further delay.

Following the disclosure of a critical vulnerability in cPanel & WHM (CVE-2026-41940), SkynetHosting have taken the deliberate decision to temporarily shut down all cPanel-based servers within our infrastructure.

The Servers were down for more than a day and no proper response from them, they just vanished with our data

I have already made a ticket, i got the same copy paste automated reply from them, no live chat, no other modes of contact. We have lost all of our data, pathetic system and no proper care or value customer !

I became SkyNetHosting's customer because I trusted all the reviews in this platform.
Then today, my hosting account has problem, I can't get connected to to any, All my sites hosting with SkyNetHosting was down for almost 40 hours. I tried to find ways to talk with support team, but no way to get them.

The primary concern with this service is the inconsistent uptime, which has failed to meet professional standards and business requirements. Despite being an international provider, a live chat option is notably absent from the SkynetHosting control panel, leaving no immediate way to contact their technical team during critical downtime.

Hosting with them for about 6 months in the US - very reliable uptime and performance, with real people providing support.

I’ve had my reseller account here for close to a year from the UK. Performance and uptime have been solid the whole time. What I like most is the 24/7 human support and the fact that they give clear notices before suspending anything, so I can fix issues in time
