I have been with Skynet Hosting for 5 years through many ups and down. They have reasonable pricing for the reseller accounts (I see now they don't do shared website accounts anymore?) and FREE WHMCS STARTER. No doubt on occassion, my technical queries were answered by less than stellar people learning on the job, but there is always a higher up which can rectify the situations, so good oversight on the staff. No overselling or pushy staff (very rare in this business). And now they have this new fangled CHEAP Discounted Reseller packages with NO WHMCS which is fantastic. Only wish they would give a similar Blesta account for free (or look into FOSSBilling) with limits.

I have been using skynethosting for a long time. Their server speed is good. I am at peace since using their services. Because they support my customers directly. Also at various times I got many facilities from them, which no other company could offer. I wish them well

After Lengthy discussion with their pre-sale team I was told that the sites I run and maintain would work effortlessly with their Corporate VIP Reseller hosting account.

Less than 10 days in, they are now telling me:

"We regret to inform you that we do not have a hosting plan that meets your specific requirements. We recommend transferring the accounts that were previously hosted server , or exploring other hosting providers that can accommodate your need for sending mass emails."

I am absolutely outraged at their response after I have migrated 26 plus sites across from my previous host.

All I can say is do not take for granted what their pre-sales team or support team tells you, they obviously aren't up to date with the times or what their company can and cannot provide. It is not for everyone, and with them saying that they do not support "sending mass emails.

Isn't that the reason everyone now has a website? To email their members about news and updates etc....

I have been going on with this skynethosting form 2017 and I have just had a joy with them, It is fun and easy and staff is very accomodating.

They are Great. Friendly Sufya helped me with all questions and have fast support and customer care. they have live chat and not AI bots. I would recomend them anytime.

The stability of their servers is wonderful, since 2016 neither I nor my clients have experienced an noticeable downtime.
The support is awesome and pricing is affordable compared to the excellent service delivered.

They made an automatic payment for a service I had canceled. But when contacting support about that they don't answer or leave you for multiple hours waiting in livechat. This issue still isn't resolved.

One of the worst hosting providers in the world. Their support system is so bad. They say 24 hours support, but their technical support agent has 0 knowledge on technical.

SkynetHosting.net has been a highly disappointing hosting provider. Their servers experience a minimum of 48 hours of downtime every month, rendering the service unreliable. The customer support is notably poor, with delayed responses and unhelpful assistance. I strongly advise against choosing SkynetHosting.net due to their questionable practices and subpar performance. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-oriented hosting solution.

signed up and had nothing but troubles and you don't get what you signed up for and they don't care as long as they get their $. No support I had to ask for a refund from PayPal because I couldn't even get service setup after 7 days and they would not answer support tickets......

I migrated to skynethosting.net because of the inconsistent uptime of my previous hosting company's servers. I had a lot of unsatisfied clients, and my startup hosting company was losing clients because of the downtime. But since I have migrated my website (which was done for free), I have never had any downtime with them.

I even got free legal terms and conditions from them after I migrated to them.

Well, the most amazing part of it is that they are thoughtful and understanding. I remember when I asked for an extension because I had difficulties paying my invoice, and they gladly granted my request.

The technical support is awesome, and the billing support is great.

They are easy to communicate with.
