Caution is advised, particularly in the UK, regarding an individual known as Jimmy Lauv, who claims to be a travel consultant operating through the websites skyflytravelandtours.co.uk and skyflytravel.co.uk. His activities reportedly involve defrauding unsuspecting individuals online. I find out that his real name is Muhammed, and he operates multiple websites, email addresses, and phone numbers to deceive those seeking to buy travel tickets. Once payment is made, all communication ceases. I paid 483 pounds for a fight ticket since 29 July, and all communication ceased after receiving the payment.
Alarmingly, these activities are conducted under the guise of a-registered business named Skyfly Travels and Tours Limited.

UK phone numbers: +44 7848 163621, +44 2036 423, among others.
There are no reviews available online for Skyfly Travels and Tours Limited operations, and i mistakenly took the Company review for SKY TRAVELS & TOURS. when i was checking for reviews online only to later find out SKY TRAVELS & TOURS is a different Company. I have to put this here so that people will no longer fall his scam again. Please stay safe.

Stephen told me that my deposit of £250 was refundable hence I trusted him and payed it
Due to some reasons I couldn't use that route to book my flight
I asked for my money back and all I was told was that it was nonrefundable
They then offered me a refund of £102 and a voucher of 150£ that he said can only be used with them
I have since asked him to either give me the other £150 voucher in cash or make the voucher usable elsewhere and have gotten no response

Sky travel agent namely Stephen Walker, has gone above an beyound for me regarding my travel for the first time in 18 years to my country and back. Missed my flights both ways he was present all throughout my delimer. Managed to get me discounted ticket to match my budget at the times I wanted to travel. I was very nervous about this whole flight issue but he was very reassuring and put my mind at peace!

I don't believe that this travel agency should be trusted . My son had made a booking for 5 family members through them for the first time with a holding fee of £250 but when we could not move ahead with the plan. We notified the agent Stephen walker , but obviously the message did not go down well with him and he blatantly told us that we will not be refunded as earlier agreed. When we pushed further the manager agreed and refunded £100 and the remaining has gone through a voucher that can only be used within their agency. who will trust a company that failed you the first time and go into another business with them. We can not even use the voucher for another airline. It's useless.

I recently booked a flight through this company and had a great experience. The booking process was quick and easy, the payment went through smoothly, and the customer service was professional throughout. I especially appreciated being able to compare flight options from multiple airlines in one place, which helped me find the best deal for my trip. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely use this company again in the future. Highly recommended!

Deceitful set up! Not even going to call them a business! Took our savings, we paid in FULL £1500! Held our money in their account, earning them interest for 4 months, then cancelled our flights and returned money! Not very helpful really! If you cant honour the price of your product, DON’T sell it!
Were you having a bad sales day in February and were out on a revenue grab?
Lied on the phone by saying they wouldn’t cancel the flight tickets then did half an hour later!
Days later, we are back to looking for flights from a trust worthy source.
Now advertising ‘Give us £50 deposit for your flights’ would you rest easy thinking they will honour the balance payments?
My advice Do not trust these men with your savings and holiday requirements

Uncomplicated booking experience, cheapest fares, best times. What more do you want when on a budget.
The booking expert Ayan was friendly and eager to help. We even payed the total in installments.
Great service.

My trip was smooth. There was a little misunderstanding which was resolved. However, my trip was smooth to and fro.

Your company took our savings for our travel to Cape Town ,which we gave in full and in good faith on 28 Feb 26

You company rang us on 01/06/26 to tell us you wanted to refund our monies, we refused as our flights were booked and paid in full, your company still proceeded and returned monies any way.

(Your company lied to us on the phone, re sending us our tickets, we recorded this!)

Your company Cancelled our flights and returned monies against our wishes

Your company Told us to rebook at a later date, who knows at perhaps double the price.
Your company kept our monies for 3 months in your bank account and gained bank interest on this!

Our bad reviews about your company and your very unprofessional ways are going to be all over social media as certainly don’t wish anyone else to experience the same disappointment.

We will proceed in writing a review to the following…..
