Disappointed: Only 2 of the 3 garments I ordered arrived and were not 100% linen as advertised, somehow in the shipping process it turned into 100% man made fabric, which I don't wear. Customer service from the supervisor is non exsistent, unsupportive and insulting. I was offered USD$15.00 as refund. My order was over AUD$200.00. As a customer to purchase anything online these days is always a risk, we pay upfront in good faith and expect good service. Slaara have a Return Policy on their website which is useless. I have a right to return the product if its not suitable or what I was expecting to receive. The expensive lesson learned for me is no more online shopping.

This dress brings a lovely vintage feel but would benefit from a bit more flexibility in fabric choice.

Order three pairs of slides. Over six weeks since and nothing. I’ve emailed and she responded to the first saying there was distribution problems but not responded to any of my emails since. I asked for a refund and just ignored. DO NOT BUT FROM HERE.

Do not recommend! This is a verified purchase. The shirt was advertised as a blend of cotton and linen. It has the feel and quality of a cheap paper towel. I've contacted them about a return, however I am getting the runaround. The item took weeks to arrive. I would not recommend doing business of any kind with them.
