I ordered a bra and a bathing suit. The bra was comfortable and fit well. The bathing suit didn’t fit me but customer service was very responsive, and I was happy with the customer service of the company.
These size I purchased was not suitable and I wanted a refund. The customer service representative advised that I did not need to return the item and offered me a partial refund instead. The company abide by their return policy, and I am very happy with their customer service

I ordered three shirts which I liked and the fit was good however one was the wrong color. When I contacted them about the mistake, they said they would send the correct color and I could keep the wrong color free of charge as long as I post a 4 star review and send them a screenshot.

I ordered a turquoise t-shirt and got a green instead. I contacted Customer Support to return it and immediately they shipped the right color and told me I didn't have to return the green one, and keep it as a gift. Their reply was fast and curteous.
