Really cool plugins and Really easy to use

What can I say, had excellent service from Steven's team. An awesome example of a brand taking care of its customers. Thank you to everyone involved for quickly resolving my issue.

We have been trying to get a refund for the 2 faulty Slate mics we bought since we got them!! They have background noise, possibly from humidity and despite already paying for them, Slate wanted us to be left with NOTHING for the money we spent and return these discontinued mics to them instead of showing honor and integrity and just refunding them! We don't want your junk mics or lack of service any longer Slate!!

I'm a music producer and mix engineer that has been using the Slate All Access since 2019 and I couldn't be happier. The VMR system is extremely powerful and flexible, and I use it on every project I work on. The amount of new plugins and additions over the years have been mind blowing. The company really seems to listen to their customers when it comes to new products and updates to existing software.

Everyone knows they have incredible plugins but they also have such of great presets for wich don't know how built a sound with a plugins chain is wonderfull how you just add a preset and sound great

The plugins are awesome, unique and powerful. The only thing that could be better is the usage in other computers with the same account...

I signed up for the subscription long before SSL purchased Slate. I loved the plugins then and love the product even more now that SSL is also included. I have used and subscribed to other brands and ended up coming back to the SSL/Slate combo. Mainly because the plugins, especially the VMR are simple and they work.

I'm using them since years all the time as a musician and producer. they sound absolutely brilliant and I wouldn't want to have to produce music without them. I also find that the yearly subscription fee is totally fair.
if I can criticise something it's this: I had the VRS8 interface, then changed to a new M2 mac. and now the VRS8 is setting dust and I had to buy another interface. I got really angry when support told me that they can't do anything about this...such a shame...;-((

Plugins and costumer support are second to none. Always improving, always adding new stuff, almost impossible to beat, For me they are top quality.

The Slate Digital subscription is great. It has everything I need and more for a very fair monthly fee. Definitely worth checking out of you haven't tried it already.

With the addition of the SSL stuff. Slate Digital has become as staple for me as both an artist and educator. Love it!

Look, Slate has gotten better and better. I'm not a fanboy seeking recognition. I used Slate products for years and years as a production music producer. The subscription is perfect for me with the budget I have. I will never leave Slate products.

Scam of a subscription system that makes it impossible to cancel.

i tried to cancel my free trial for which i just wanted to try out the plugins to see if they were any good but where absolute garbage. The site is so confusing that i couldn't find the option to remove my card so I dont get charged but i still lost £24 and now in debt. Thank you Slate Digital.

Prodotti top, assistenza clienti veloce e competente, ho avuto un problema con il software vsx e dopo averl parlato con il primo livello di assistenza, non riuscendo a risolvere, mi hanno fatto parlare direttamente con lo sviluppatore, che mi ha mandato una versione aggiornata, non ancora uscita, risolvendo il problema in un lampo.
Non potrei chiedere di meglio.

schlechtes system, plugins kann man nicht aktivieren da man 2 accounts braucht die aber auch irgendwie das selbe sind und da blickt keiner durch. Plugins sollen gut sein aber der rest ist schlecht. vorallem weil man sie nicht benutzen kann

When you suscribe to this page, you arent allowed to unsuscribe for a full year. So you are going to be charged every month., Without the posibility of unsuscribing. Total scam

I was trying to renew my SSL subscription to their monthly plug in service and when I tried to access my account it took me straight to Slate digital. Why, when I am in my SSL account does it take me to there SLATE DIGITAL, I AM IN SSL ACCOUNT NOT SLATE. WHAT IS WRONG THERE???
