Be careful buying from Sleepeze as they don't offer a trial. If you pick the wrong mattress they won't exchange it. Although other sites selling their mattresses offer 100 night trial for the same mattress. You have been warned.

We purchased a sleepeezee Jessica Plush in January 2025. I am disgusted with the company. First few nights of sleeping on it was horrendous. We are convinced we can feel the springs and is very poorly made. We contacted Sleepeezee to tell them the faults. We got a reply back saying we had to go back to the shop where we purchased it. They in turn informed us that we needed One image/photo showing the damage/fault with the mattress
Additional images should be full overviews of both sides of the mattress (if this is a turn-able mattress).
If the nature of the complaint is showing dipping or an un-natural settlement, please take an image of the mattress with something with a straight edge (i.e. Broom handle) laying across the top of the mattress. In addition to this can you please supply a photo with a tape measure indicating the dipping/settlement depth in the mattress as this would assist greatly.

In addition to these requested photos can you also kindly confirm the following details:
The age of the base supporting the mattress
The Supporting Divan Base: Is it Sprung Edge or Platform Top? or If it is a Slatted Base: Please provide the measurements of the gaps between the slats?
Please advise if the mattress has been used with a mattress protector since delivered
Please confirm how often has the mattress been rotated head-to-toe (and/or over if applicable) since delivered?
Please confirm where relevant, if this mattress has been used by a sole user or two people?
DO NOT BUY A SLEEPEEZEE MATTRESS. If you have a fault read the hoops you have to go through to get a response. We obviously didn't bother instead bought an expensive topper.

We bought a new Sleepeezee mattress from Mattress Next. day
We are very unhappy with the fact that after sleeping, this mattress leaves large dents. It looks the same but the indentation doesn’t go
I have dealt with MND who were very helpful but now say that I have to pay for someone to check it
Sleepeezee say, its not their problem
It states Hotel quality, but it’s not .

Bought an expensive Sleepeezee mattress with a 10-year guarantee. When it developed a fault after 5 years, Sleepeezee refused to investigate or to honour the guarantee, claiming the retailer wasn’t ‘authorised.’ No help offered, just passed around. Be very careful — guarantee not worth the paper it’s written on.”

Listen to their customer’s complaint..don’t know about the best beds 😡 bobbling is an issue and I mean very bad ,covers the bed not just an odd bobble or two…and they say it isn’t a fault .. tick not fit for purpose.. they say it can be de bobbled ! Avoid this mattress like the plague.. unless you want to de-bobble your bed on a regular basis 🤬

Just received a Sleepeezee G4 mattress and it's so comfortable, like floating on a cloud. I specifically searched for a soft (yet supportive) mattress and this one completely does the job. So pleased with it (and my bad back is too). I'd highly recommend this to anyone who needs a soft, forgiving mattress.

We received a new bed Friday gone it was broken internally (not through delivery it was from the factory) there was a complete drawer missing, there where casters missing and some of the metal receivers where the casters locate where missing. Genuinely disappointed with the build quality(£1300 for the bed) and even more disgusted with the customer service. Still waiting for a reply. Shame on you sleepeezee.
