Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review and for recommending Sleep Harvester!

We’re delighted that our website information and customer reviews helped you feel confident choosing your PINNACLE 5000 pocket spring mattress. Buying a mattress online is an important decision, so it’s lovely to hear that ordering was straightforward, communication was excellent, and your mattress arrived within three days, securely packaged.

It’s especially rewarding to hear that you’re enjoying its firm, supportive yet very comfortable feel. The PINNACLE 5000’s pocket sprung construction and substantial box top comfort layers are designed to balance support with cushioning. Individually responsive pocket springs can help support your body’s natural contours and spinal alignment, while the comfort layers help distribute body weight and ease pressure around areas such as the shoulders and hips. Finding the right balance of mattress firmness and comfort for your body and sleeping position is important for a comfortable sleeping posture.

Pocket springs also respond independently to movement, helping to limit motion transfer across the mattress. This motion isolation can make a welcome difference when sharing a bed, reducing the disturbance caused by a partner changing position during the night.

We’re so pleased that you’re happy with both the value and your purchase. Thank you for choosing Sleep Harvester and sharing your experience. Wishing you both many nights of supportive comfort and restful sleep on your PINNACLE 5000 mattress!

Thank you for your 5-star review of the Sleep Harvester PINNACLE 5000! We’re delighted you took the time to share your rating, and we hope you’re settling in well with your new mattress.

The PINNACLE 5000 is a 36 cm deep box top mattress with 5000 pocket springs. Its cushioned top is designed to bring comfort to the surface, while the pocket spring system beneath provides responsive support. Built as a heavy duty mattress for heavier sleepers, it offers a substantial feel without making firmness a one-size-fits-all choice.

With four firmness options available, lighter weight sleepers (under 95 kg/15 stone) can also choose the feel that best matches their preference. The right firmness depends on the individual, including how they sleep and what feels comfortable to them.

As requested, we upgraded your mattress’s top fabric to our organic, cool Tencel fabric for more cooling effect and further enhance the temperature regulation. We’re pleased we could make that personal change for you, and we hope you enjoy the feel of your customised PINNACLE 5000 for many nights to come.

Thank you for choosing Sleep Harvester. Your review will help others looking for a deep box top pocket spring mattress, a supportive mattress for heavier people, or a mattress with a choice of firmness options in the UK.

Thank you both so much for this incredibly detailed and generous review — it means the world to us!

We're so glad the sleep questionnaire made such a difference. It's the foundation of everything we do at Sleep Harvester — understanding your body type, joint health, sleep position, and shared needs as a couple before making any recommendation. That's precisely how we arrived at the King Size PIINNACLE 500 Box Top Mattress for heavy and curvy bodies, paired with the ELIZA Ottoman End Lift Storage Bed — a combination chosen not just for comfort, but for long term structural support and joint pain relief.

We're absolutely overjoyed that your very first night delivered such a transformation — no sagging, no rolling, no joint pain, and the best night's sleep you've ever had. That is exactly the outcome we work so hard to achieve for every customer.

We sincerely apologise for the delivery experience. This fell short of the standard we expect and demand from our logistics partners, and we're sorry your husband had to step in the way he did. We have taken this feedback seriously with the delivery company. We're glad the collection was resolved promptly and that the second team restored some faith.

Regarding the ottoman gas strut — thank you for flagging this. The lift resistance can be affected by mattress weight, and this is genuinely useful feedback we'll factor into our product guidance for customers choosing heavier mattresses with ottoman bases.

Thank you for already recommending Sleep Harvester to friends and family — that trust is everything to an independent UK sleep specialist built on expertise and genuine care. Here's to many more nights of deep, restorative, pain-free sleep! 🌙

Thank you so much for this incredibly kind and detailed review! We're truly touched by your words.

It was an absolute pleasure helping you find the perfect mattress, and we're delighted you chose the ESLA 2000 Orthopaedic Hybrid Mattress — one of our most popular orthopaedic hybrid mattresses here at Sleep Harvester UK. Designed with a cool fabric cover and reinforced edge support, it's a firm favourite for customers seeking premium sleep quality without the inflated brand price tag.

We're so glad the entire experience — from browsing our orthopaedic mattress guides, through to delivery and white-glove setup — met your expectations. Our delivery team always aims to make the process as seamless as possible, including removing your old mattress.

Getting the firmness level right is one of the most important — and most misunderstood — parts of choosing a mattress. Where some retailers heavily rely on in-store pressure mapping machines, our recommendations are based on a detailed understanding of your sleep position, body type, and specific orthopaedic needs. In your case, we advised a medium firm rather than firm, and as you've discovered, that personalised guidance makes all the difference — particularly for joint comfort and spinal alignment.

Thank you for trusting Sleep Harvester and for recommending us so warmly. Reviews like yours mean the world to a small, independent UK mattress company built on genuine expertise and care. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back whenever you need us. 🌙

We're absolutely delighted to hear that your PINNACLE 5000 mattress arrived so quickly — ordered Saturday, delivered Wednesday is exactly the kind of fast, reliable UK mattress delivery experience we strive to provide every customer.

The PINNACLE 5000 is one of our most popular premium mattresses, engineered for exceptional orthopaedic support, pressure relief, and deep restorative sleep — so we hope you're already enjoying those benefits from night one.

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we're absolutely delighted everything went so smoothly! 🌟

We understand that delivery is one of the most important parts of the mattress buying journey, and we never underestimate how much it matters to our customers. When you raised your concerns, it was important to us that you received a direct, personal response — because every Sleep Harvester customer deserves that level of care and attention, not an automated reply. We're so pleased that the delivery itself exceeded your expectations.

The GLOW 3000 is a beautifully engineered mattress from our Planet Collection, combining premium pocket spring support with carefully selected comfort layers including British wool designed to deliver exceptional pressure relief, spinal alignment, temperature regulation and long lasting durability. We're thrilled that your first impression — both on inspection and that all-important first lie down — has been so positive. The best is yet to come as the mattress naturally settles and conforms to your body over the first few weeks. 💤

We're also glad we could arrange the uplift of your old mattress at the same time — we know how important it is to make the whole process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

We understand how challenging and exhausting it can be to find the right mattress when you're dealing with ongoing back problems and recovering from surgery. Sleep quality is absolutely critical to recovery and long term wellbeing, and finding a mattress that provides the right level of spinal support, pressure relief and ergonomic comfort is so important — particularly for back pain sufferers.

We're delighted that the PINNACLE 5000 has made such a meaningful difference. As our most advanced mattress in the Ivory Collection, the PINNACLE 5000 has been specifically engineered with 5000 individually responsive pocket springs, a 36 cm deep construction and progressive support layers designed to maintain neutral spinal alignment — making it particularly well-suited to sleepers with back conditions, post-surgical recovery needs and higher body weights.

It's also wonderful to hear that the ordering and delivery experience was seamless from start to finish. Ilyas takes great personal pride in ensuring every customer feels supported throughout the entire process — not just in choosing the right mattress, but in feeling confident in their decision.

What a truly wonderful review — thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience in such detail. Reviews like this mean everything to us at Sleep Harvester, and we are genuinely moved by your kind words.

You have touched on something that sits at the very heart of what Sleep Harvester was built to do. So many mattress companies — including some of the biggest names in the industry — sell to a generalised body type, with a one-size-fits-all approach that simply doesn't work for everyone. We hear from many customers who have returned or disposed off mattresses from brands like Emma, Simba, Rem-Fit, Dormeo to name a few after finding that a mattress described as soft or medium or firm simply wasn't right for their body weight, frame or health needs. For lightweight sleepers in particular, the layers and tension designed for an average body weight can feel completely wrong in practice.

We are so pleased that after your experience returning your Emma mattress, Ilyas was able to guide you personally and help you find the right solution in the CONFLUENCE 3000 in Soft firmness. The CONFLUENCE 3000 has been specifically designed to deliver exceptional pressure relief, gentle spinal support and deep, undisturbed comfort — and it is wonderful to hear it has already made such a meaningful difference to your sleep quality and morning pain levels, particularly with your rotator cuff and back issues.

Sleep Harvester is proud to be the only direct-to-consumer mattress brand in the UK offering our full range across four firmness options — Soft, Medium Firm, Firm and Very Firm. This is precisely why we are able to match customers like yourself to the right feel for your body weight, sleeping position and health needs, rather than leaving you to guess from a generic description online.

We will also pass your lovely comments on to our delivery team — they truly are the finishing touch to the Sleep Harvester experience, and it is brilliant to hear they made such a positive impression.

Thank you for trusting us with your sleep health. We look forward to being your mattress partner for many years to come. 🌙

Waking up free from aches and pains is the ultimate sign that your mattress is doing its job properly — providing the right level of spinal support, pressure relief and comfort throughout the night. We're absolutely thrilled to hear you're already experiencing the difference a quality mattress can make to your sleep and how you feel each morning.

We're also delighted to hear that ordering from Sleep Harvester was straightforward and that your mattress arrived quickly. We work hard to make the entire experience — from browsing our range to delivery at your door — as smooth and hassle-free as possible for every customer across the UK.

If you ever need speak to us, our team is always happy to help. And if you know anyone who's been struggling with uncomfortable sleep or waking up with aches and pains, we'd be honoured if you passed on your recommendation.

Thank you again for choosing Sleep Harvester. Here's to many more mornings waking up refreshed, comfortable and pain-free! 🌙
