SleepMD Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece 

Terrible product, it's a scam and does not work. They also advertise money guaranteed within certain time if does not work. That also is a lie as I tried to return for refund after 1 day of receiving it.

I placed an order with SleepMd and unfortunately, it’s been a very disappointing experience. After 22 days, I still haven’t received my order and communication has been poor throughout. I had no updates or tracking information, and despite emailing three times, the responses were vague and unhelpful.

First, I was told they were “looking into it.” Then I was informed there was no house number on the address—even though I don’t have a house number. Most recently, they asked for my address “as per Google Maps,” which led me to believe the item hadn’t even been dispatched.

In the end, I sourced a similar product elsewhere that arrived quickly and without issue. I’ve now requested a full refund, and am hoping that will be resolved promptly.

Sadly, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from SleepMd again, based on this experience.

Purchased 2 months ago and the product has broken. Interior piece of plastic/rubber is breaking off. They said it only has a 10 day warranty. Don’t waste your $40!!

New unopened . I decided to return. After several emails back and forth it was agreed I could return it . It has to go back to China. The cost of return would have been greater than purchase. I accepted a 30% partial refund. Buyer beware !!!!

Avoid, avoid at all cost.
They shipped me an old model which is not what was shown on their website. Now they’re offering me a 40% refund even though I asked them to simply replace the old rubbish with the correct model that I ordered.
Their guarantee is worthless since you have to return it to China at your own expense, unused and unopened in the original packaging. Don’t do it.

The company is a total scam. I won’t even open the package that I finally received because of how sketchy it looks. I asked to return it and they refused. They gave me back $9.99 and wouldn’t let me send the product back for a full refund as they stay in their ad. Their company has 20 employees and makes over $5 million. I got an international fee on my bank as well and I can’t figure out how to report them for prosecution

This is total garbage. Picture sleeping with a tennis ball gagged into your mouth. The company also refuses to accept returns. Stay away!

Bought it because of the hype. The mouth piece never softens, it bruised my tongue and popped out of my mouth while sleeping. It’s a scam and they need to be stopped.

Stay away - this is a scam! Never received product after 3 inquires for a schedule or refund. Response was they could not refund until I received the product which has not come after one month of placing the order. Disputed the charge from Discover and got a similar product from Walmart.

I ordered their product because they advertised a 30-day free trial on their website. However, the product didn't fit my mouth — I couldn't even close my mouth with it on. When I reached out to request a return, they refused, claiming they couldn't accept it back due to hygiene reasons since it had been used.

When I asked how someone is supposed to try the product without using it, they vaguely responded that the "exact terms can vary". Eventually, they offered only a 20% partial refund as a compromise, which feels completely unfair for a product they claim to stand behind.

I ended up disputing the charge through Chase and reporting their website as a scam("Report a Phishing Page").

I placed an order two months ago but never received it. I was informed that there were issues with their shipping company. Additionally, they charged an extra $1.04 to my account on the same day as the purchase. When I inquired about the extra charge, they denied it, so I sent pictures of the transaction, but after that, they stopped responding to me. I then asked for a refund of all charges and have yet to hear back from them.

The company advertises a 30-day risk free trial and you get your money back. Well they lied. Horrible customer service, fought me every step of the way. I finally got so frustrated after a month of back an forth, I took the 50% refund offered. The product broke it 7 days. Overall this is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with, lying about what the policy means, changing it every email, and just a Horrible company.

Don’t waste your time or money on this nonsense. It doesn’t work and it’s super uncomfortable. Definitely read the return policy before you buy it. SCAMMERS it tells you how to mold it to fit your mouth so it’s comfortable, but if you’re not satisfied with it, now you can’t return it because you had to mold to fit your mouth. This company is a joke definitely do not recommend

A scam and false advertising. They claim they have a 31 day "trisk-free trial" but you are not able to return the product after you "try" it. It has to be unused. How can you "trial" a product without "trying" it.

Easy to use.. just way too big for a normal.mouth. horrible customer service and no way to get the 30 day free trial return.

I've been waiting for this product to arrive for over 25days, feels like I just got scammed!! They refuse to cancel/refund because their product was shipped but it's been stuck somewhere but can't tell me when I will receive it. Yup scam!!

OK so i'm going to give the most honest review i can. I ordered this item then read the reviews, instantly filled with dread that i had made a massive mistake. After a long wait for my mouth piece to arrive i unpacked it and tried to see if it would fit, it didn't and was really uncomfortable, i was gutted, threw it on the bedside table and cursed myself for wasting money. Then i read the instructions! placed it in boiling water for 5 mins then dipped in cold and went about setting my impressions, was a bit tricky but after a couple of tries i got it to fit, didn't feel great but wasn't coursing me any pain. I took it home and that night i put it in and set my sleep recorder, was tricky to fall asleep at first but eventually drifted off but woke quite a few times as it had come out, I persevered. I am now out of the spare bedroom and my partner is made up she can get a good nights sleep as my snoring has completely stopped (other than the odd time it slips out of position). I could now not be happier with the money i have spent, i am more awake during the day, less cranky, less headaches. It's not perfect but how can that be done when everyone's mouth is different, i am now used to sleeping with it in and have very little if no discomfort now. Would be interested to know if replacement fittings can be ordered to make it more comfortable but overall best mouth piece I've come across on the market (I've tried a few). I would definitely recommend however i must stress, it takes some getting used to so stick with it and you won't be disappointed. PS follow the instructions.

THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR BUYING FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY IT IS NOT!!!!!

They will try to offer you a % of your money back by saying they have spoken to someone in head office which is a load of lies its a genetic email that's sent to everyone. If i could give minus stars I'd give it minus 5....
