I would advise anyone who wishes to order with them to stay away and not waste your money. Staff are IT
incompetent and have no empathy! I ordered a mattress and bed frame. The frame got lost in transit by their driver. They advised me to wrap the mattress in bin bag and tape which i did for their driver to collect so they can process a refund. On 3 occasions they confirmed the day and I took time off work each day they confirmed they are on the way to wait up to 7pm for collection but they didnt bother to show up. No advice or alerts from this company to let me know. As a result of this service, I've had to sleep on the floor for weeks and then buy another bed from Argos. Terrible experience and still waiting on my refund!!

Purchased a Medina Wooden Bed Frame through Groupon. Description of 'easy to assemble' begs belief as two of us took over two hours to eventually put together. Sadly, ill-fitting slats and bedhead together with several chipped paint areas and far too small pre-drilled holes resulted in disappointment with the product which otherwise would have been good value for money.

It's been 3 weeks and my bed frame still hasn't arrived. Every time I enquire about this, they say that it's on its way - nothing else; they don't show any interest in resolving the matter.

I have requested a refund and they have told me to get it from Groupon instead, which is wrong, since they are responsible in this case (it seems to be a common issue by the sound of all other reviews).

Now they insist that I wait for the bed frame to arrive, then to refuse it in order to receive a refund.

How much longer am I supposed to wait to get my money back? I have already waited almost a month. Most depressing customer experience.

Absolutely horrendous service. My rights as a customer have been violated and I will take this further if they don't issue a refund.

Ordered a sofa bed off wowcher and it arrived basically with the box in tatters half of the bed was hanging out, at first it appeared that there was no damage but on further inspection the reverse of the box had a puncture which had torn the underside of the sofa bed! I have called the office but they are closed! My family personally know the delivery driver and he said it was dispatched this way and also took pictures himself before leaving with us, we will see what their reply is as I’ve left a msg asking for a refund and return! Awful!!!

Terrible company, failed to deliver our order (done via Groupon) and now Groupon expect us to arrange refund through them but this is impossible as they never answer the phone or respond to emails. I would avoid using them at all costs.

The absolute gall of this company is palpable. Their product is laughable if it weren't for the fact that they're conning the public. The photographs they use show high quality fantastic mattresses but the reality is they are delivery inferior awful products. The mattress i received is supposedly retailing for over a thousand pounds but it has collapsed edges and corners and is lumpy and feels like a mattress that has had the life squeezed out of it. Absolutely abysmal. Furthermore, you try and discuss the situation with photographic proof and the e-mails you get in return are poorly constructed with appalling grammar and undertones of condescension. Trading Standards would do well to investigate this company. They are clearly in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Their tag line 'making life more comfy' is a total misprepresentation and they should be sued for that alone. Do not buy anything from this company. They also seemingly use false testimonials (as do Groupon who are selling these mattresses for £199.00 and who are villains too).

Bought an ottoman bed and mattress via groupon. I was wary after reading some reviews here but I have to say we are pleased with our purchase. OK so the bed is a put together yourself job and needless to say the instructions are dire! But you get what you pay for and for the price we have no complaints. There were a couple of bits missing from the bag (not major bits) and when I called the company they were pleasant and sent replacements in the post same day

Load of rubbish ordered a mattress,write up on them really good ,had a message would I accept an upgrade, oh my word I would hate to think what the first mattress would have been like ,supposed to be worth £1289.00 it is so cheap ,very light ,you can actually feel the springs unfortunately I did not review the comments on this site ,I would not even have looked at it dont waste your money

I Ordered the mattress off groupon it was here within 7 days, I did ring them to see when it would be delivered and they answered straight away and they were very helpful and polite the mattress is great overall very happy with the service and product

I recently ordered a bed and mattress from Sleep Softly through groupon, I was a little nervous being my first time buying from groupon and sleep softly.

I made the purchase on the 5th March and it said delivery could take up to 7 days which was perfect for us. We had a delivery on the 10th March but it was only the mattress and side panels to the bed. I tried ringing the store but the automated message said it was closed for Christmas which rang alarm bells. I got hold of groupon and they were great looking into it, on the 11th the let me know the number I rang was right and that they had spoke to the store and the store was waiting for me to call and finish off the replacement order.

I rang the store spoke to Lisa she was great to talk to very helpful once she found my name and address she could see and confirm groupon had been in touch, she said they have requested a replacement I said yes but I don’t need it all just the head and foot board she said that’s fine, she said the only thing is I can’t get it to you until Tuesday 16th because our couriers don’t work over the weekend I said that’s fine because I wasn’t anything until that date plus i have carpet being fitted upstairs and can’t put the bed up yet anyway. She asked if I was sure I said yes honestly it’s doing me a massive favour. She apologised again for everything.

So I wasn’t expecting the rest of the bed until yesterday 16th, but to my surprise it arrived on Monday the 15th. So a massive thank you to Lisa for getting that sorted for us. We’ve had 2 lovely nights sleep so happy with our purchase.

They are scammers !
The mattress is the worst quality mattress I’ve seen and has caused me back pain from the first day. Do not buy from here !

I had an issue with my new mattress, and the advisor I spoke to was very helpful. A replacement was swiftly arranged and received within a couple of days, with the old mattress being taken away at the same time. A straight swap with no fuss. I'm very please with my new mattress; it's extremely confortable. My back pain has vanished.

Ordered Double mattress from this company, absolutely nothing to what described or pictured, is the cheepest mattress on the market, you can't even sleep on it is to soft and you fell almost between the springs. The worse there is nowhere to contact them to request a refund!

***BEWARE***

We order a bed and mattress through Groupon. We got a message to say it was being delivered today, it hasn't turned up in the delivery window. I rant them and they said the bed was out of stock and we had to contact Groupon for a refund. We ordered the bed a week ago.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I order the Pearl super support mattress through Groupon, when it arrived it was absolutely terrible didn't look anything like the photo,very cheap looking and for £449 should be good quality, as for support it was like a bouncy castle, got straight onto Groupon and there were great and arranged to pick it back up by the end of the week, just have to hope I get a refund quickly so I can go elsewhere and buy a good one

Well after a seriously long delay ive recieved the mattress i ordered which is nowhere near the mattress i ordered via groupon. This company sells fake goods the mattress i ordered was supposed to be 28cm thick it barely makes 19cm and the cover is so baggy like they have just put a cheap mattress inside the cover. Sleep softly are denighing any responsibility. I wont let this drop, im going to trading standards as this is without a boubt the biggest con.

I order a bed of woucher very good customer care on the phone and bed came 10 days early and is very good quality for u paid very happy with my product and the customer service I got from the lovely lady I spoke to would recommend this company for sure

I bought the ultimate freshness 4000 mattress off Groupon because of good reviews, identifying high quality support and high quality materials used in this mattress.

Unfortunately this is as not the case with my mattress, my last mattress lasted me 12 year before I decided to save up and really upgrade as I needed better support for my back, I also knew that most standard mattresses lasted 10 years so I thought that I would not need to purchase another mattress until then, how wrong was I.
A few weeks ago a spring came through the top of the mattress between me and my wife, which was very scary to my wife.
I complain to groupon who said that they unfortunately could not replace or refund as it had passed the 14 day return policy, I then contacted the manufacturer who also said they could not replace due to the mattress passing it’s 12 month warranty.

Now please do not take this review as all negative the mattress itself is the best that I have slept on and really did support my back and was willing to have a replacement mattress as my mattress could have been a faulty one as these things do happen I was even prepared to pay half unfortunately this offer was not accepted.
So if you need a top quality mattress that last under 3 year I would definitely recommend this one.
