Many thanks for your review. Regarding your delivery date we can see you ordered on the evening of 15 May, your estimated delivery dates were 2-6 June, and that we delivered your goods on 1 June. We do make all our furniture to order, so you did receive a turnaround of 2.5 weeks. We do appreciate all feedback so we can look to improve where we can, but in this instance we wouldn't have been able to get it to you any quicker.
Additionally
Additionally, I took the time to explore Berlin's neighborhoods and soak up its vibrant energy. From the trendy streets of Kreuzberg to the historic charm of Mitte, each district had its own unique character and charm. I enjoyed strolling along the bustling streets, discovering hidden gems, and interacting with the friendly locals.

Five-Star Service
From placing the order to receiving the sofabed I had 5-star treatment. I was kept fully up-to-date in all areas. When Furdeco delivered the Sofabed I was given a 3-hour time slot and it was delivered within that slot. I was also texted within that time slot to say they were on their way. The delivery men brought it in to the house, unpacked it and made sure the legs worked properly. Now that it has been 'used' I can confirm how comfortable it is. Thank you SLF24 UK, you definitely get my recommendation.

Excellent through and through
Excellent through and through. I had wanted to order a MADE chair bed but they went into administration and I searched high and low for something that would match their great style. I was really struggling to find something in both a fabric colour and quality I liked and with consistently good reviews for product, delivery, customer service and after care. I found myself reluctantly heading towards an M&S chair bed but the fabric samples they sent were very synthetic looking and the colour wasn't quite right. And then I found SLF24 and the Flic chair bed in exactly the width I wanted (77cm) with a really good selection of fabric colours and legs. Alot of companies don't send out fabric samples but SLF24 do and when they arrived the quality looked really nice. I also rang the office with some queries and Lisa who I spoke to was very helpful, especially given that my delivery was to an upper floor. Having arranged to pay extra for that, I waited for my order.
I must say I am really delighted. The fabric is a lovely plush velvet, the colour is perfect and the chair covers and cushions have been made very well. The legs were easy to put on and they are now in my study. The seat is firm as a chair but it's okay for occasional use. The bed itself is also firm but I was expecting that and I have ordered a natural latex topper for comfort. The two chairs sit side by side so that they can both be used as a double if need be.

We very much appreciate the time you have taken to leave your review and are thrilled you had the quality of service we strive to achieve. Your topper suggestion is really helpful, as is the clever configuration of the 2 chairs to make a double bed!

Love our new Bali sofa
Love our new Bali modular sofa. Having heard about SLF24 from a very good friend, we had to have a look on the website. So many stunning sofas to decide from with such a quick delivery service, we decided on the Bali modular sofa in white Baloo fabric. Ordering was super easy and communication all the way through was first class. The 2 chaps from the delivery company WS HOMEDEL were so polite and helpful. They called 30 mins before arriving in the pre planned time frame and were very professional. They unpacked and placed in position, taking away all the packaging to leave our new sofa looking great in the room. Absolutely delighted with SLF24. Will be recommending to all our friends and family. Thank you.
