Really great experience purchasing my sofa from here. I was kept up to date with the process of delivery, and any queries I had about the sofa were dealt with quickly. I didn’t have to wait too long for it to be delivered and the two men delivering it were very polite and helpful. They even took away the packaging of the sofa when they left. Extremely comfortable, would recommend this sofa to anyone!

I couldn't find a sofa i liked. Until i came across the SLF website. I really liked the different varieties they had. My mind was set on a slender sofa. However i wanted to see it in person before making a purchase. I booked an appointment to view the sofa in the showroom. A very kind lady named Abby showed me around and helped me around and gave me more information about the sofas they had in store. With this i was able to select a sofa and make an order. I was really happy with my experience at SFL and definitely recommend them. The delivery was also prompt.

The sofa itself is not meeting my expectations it is very hard without much filling at all you can feel the wood, I’m gutted but what can I do, it feel like the sofas you sit on at an interview; no time for comfortability.
The delivery was brilliant but I which I could say the same about the sofa.

Good communication and friendly, helpful staff who delivered - right up to our attic bedroom.
Would certainly purchase from this company again and will probably so so.

Just received my sofa about two days ago- here's my review.

I got the Neat 2 Seater Sofa in a Box in Light Beige V (Velluto) 2 with Like Oak legs.

Pros:

Comfortable, and plenty deep enough without being huge.

Soft fabric! Absolutely recommend picking Velluto. Time will tell how it wears though.

Relatively simple to assemble- I did it on my own (I'm 5'3" and loathe exercise)

Sleek and elegant design

Could be a pro/con depending on who you ask:

Firm- good support but not everybody's preference

Lightweight- easy to move but might not "feel expensive" to some

Cons:

Questionable execution. I can tell that the construction was rushed- the stitching is a bit wonky in places and asymmetrical when comparing the left and right sides of the sofa. The fabric is bunching in places that aren't hidden and you can tell the fabric was sewn in without properly laying it down flat. It's not "faulty" but more so poorly constructed. Speed was definitely prioritised over quality of craftsmanship. A shame.

Confusing delivery. Delivery men asked if I wanted it unpackaged and I said no because it was advertised as a £25 paid service on the SLF24 website. Then I got a call afterwards from the delivery provider asking whether I specifically advised the delivery people not to unpackage it? Odd.

Short window to report any issues. You only get 24 hours and that really isn't enough if you've got a busy life, especially if you've ordered a sofa much larger than what I have. It's not like you can plan your life around it particularly far in advance either.

The back cushion makes a bit of a plasticky crinkly sound when squished. Doesn't bother me much but might bother some people.

Conclusion:

Is it a functional, decent option? For sure. Is it worth £399? Probably not. I am willing to accept cost cuts in more mundane materials or more basic design as long as the company can execute the product or service they advertise, as advertised, including visually. Unfortunately not the case here but no matter, that's why we have blankets.

Seats went flat after 6 months. The good review are when people have first bought sofa.
They are cheap and looked nice then you realise they are cheap for a reason. I’m having to buy a new sofa already and it wasn’t even a year old!

When I complained you told me there wasn’t anything I could do. It’s past the year mark now and I bought new sofas! I left these for the cat in the shed that’s how terrrible it was!
