I ordered one of their cheapest sofas. This turned out to be a mistake, you get what you pay for, no discredit to them. However, the colour didn't match their website image (burgundy turned out to be pink) and regardless, I really didn't like my choice of sofa anyway upon seeing it in my living room. However, SLF24 took return of the sofa, they were apologetic about the colour and issued a full refund without hesitation, so top marks. They're not contactable by phone which I was a bit concerned about at first, but they are reliable at replying to emails fairly promptly. I'd be confident in ordering from them again as they appear to be trustworthy and professional. I'd highly recommend them, based on my experience. But choose your sofa carefully, and order a fabric sample first to avoid disappointment.

I bought 4 Albion Dining Chairs. The furniture was delivered quickly in the timescale stated.
The chairs was unwrapped and placed where I wanted them.
The chairs look great in my dining room. The chairs are of quality, very comfy and well made. I especially like the chunky black legs.

I liked how you could choose the colour for the legs and range of colours.
I had been looking for some new dining chairs for a while in many high Street shops and had been disappointed with the quality colour or price. I came across SLF24 on the Internet. I would recommend the company and their furniture.

I opted for SLF24 for my sofa bed primarily based on the excellent Trustpilot reviews, but I must express my disappointment, not so much with the sofa bed itself, but with the customer service team.

The production of my sofa bed was swift, and I appreciated the communication informing me of its progress. The delivery company was also commendable; they safely delivered my sofa bed to my new garden office, exhibiting politeness as they unpacked it. Upon inspection for damages, everything seemed fine initially. The delivery team left it on its side for our convenience in attaching the feet with the remaining packaging to prevent any marks. However, when my husband and I moved it into position after attaching the feet, we both noticed slight scuff marks on the side that had been resting on its side.

I promptly took a photo and sent an email at 8:24 am. The initial response was prompt and suggested it might be marks from the packaging. They directed me to their claims form to assess the situation, assuring a response within 3 working days. I completed the form and submitted it later that day.

What unsettled me was the tone of the response, essentially implying that we caused the damage despite our careful handling. While I signed the form acknowledging I couldn't spot any damage initially, I couldn't check the side it rested on. I emailed them immediately to report the issue.

As a gesture of goodwill, they offered a £35 refund. While I wasn't necessarily seeking a substantial refund, I hoped for an immediate apology and a more willingly offered goodwill gesture.

I want to emphasise that I worked diligently to save for my garden office and its furnishings over almost two years. Given the effort and care invested in acquiring my sofa bed, I would never intentionally damage it. Even after explaining the situation, the response lacked the acknowledgement that the 'customer is always right'.

The damage was caused by the packaging, warranting a full apology. While I am content with the £35 partial refund, I suggest that SLF24's customer service team adopts a more compassionate approach in its responses and acknowledges that sometimes, issues are challenging to detect, especially when the damage is out of sight.

Before purchasing we had great customer service. Unfortunately this has changed massively since the arrival of our sofa. We purchased a modular sofa from here and it was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on. As hard as sitting on the floor, the delivery company also trashed our house (gouges out of the floor, paint scraped from walls) they’ve covered themselves by not disclosing the fact they were getting me to sign a disclaimer. Complete coercion. Slf informed they would send an inspector round but the link is broken and they’ve ignored emails. I’ve asked to speak to a manager, also ignored.

Add this into the fact that the return cost £650! I have never in my life heard of such a ridiculous return charge, they have stated it’s because they don’t resell the sofa. Why the extreme packaging up of the sofa upon return? And why would the return be cheaper had I purchased a sofa double the size? It makes no logical sense and it’s a scam. Return fees, understandable, £650 -unbelievable.

I was by myself when the sofa arrived and I fully believe that I was taken advantage of. Signing a disclaimer that I wasn’t legally informed of, the ignoring of the emails and then the obscene return cost. The costs to repair my house and the loss of money is so upsetting and I hope people can avoid the same experience as me.

Never heard of this company until we placed an order. However, very poor quality furniture - with faults and they attempt to get you to pay £99 to return them. Alternatively, they send you a form - clearly designed to put you off returning the item. They also respond at a snails pace. The response is a form that takes over half an hour to complete and asks for information they already have. Please read other 1 star reviews on this site - before using this company. Exactly the same experience as us. Horrible company to deal with. We still have no idea when the faulty item will be collected. Several people are having the same experience - put obstacles in the way of getting a refund. We are going to use Chargeback through credit card, and we suggest others do the same.
