Very fast delivery & the sofa is beautiful I absolutely love it

Easy to get hold of when I had a query about adding on disposal of existing sofa and a very quick delivery!

Item arrived today. Footstall ripped in three places. Asked the delivery driver who acknowledged the damage to return the item to ask for an exchange. He refused. Told me to contact the company directly which I did on email with photographs. I was then told to complete a ‘claim form’ which is essentially via Google which I can’t do as I won’t create a Google account. Customer services work 4 hours a day and close at 2pm so couldn’t talk to them. I will call tomorrow and ask them to collect the whole lot back. The total opposite of a pleasant experience. Getting a new sofa is supposed to be a nice thing but this is the other end of the spectrum. How is it I get a damaged item and I’ve got to do all the work to get it replaced when it’s no fault of my own! And the delivery drivers just leave me with it. Don’t bother with these. Go elsewhere.

Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were polite and helpful.

I had my eye on the Black Velvet Large Slender 4 Seater Right Hand Corner Sofa since December 2022 and finally purchased it a month ago.
Even without seeing it or touching the fabric, I knew it was the one.

Not only is it even more fabulous than I had hoped it to be,
It is super elegant looking and really looks far more expensive than what I paid and saw online.
It is perfect in every measure of what I was after.
The size was what I wanted and required.
The chic-ness I wanted, I got.

I get so many compliments of the comfortability and "me-ness" of the sofa and anyone that sits on the sofa tell me it's a "me" sofa.

The sofa came to me within three week.
Delivery was free so no complaints

Gorgeous sofa. Olive green colour velvet exactly as advertised on website. Nice firm seats and so comfortable. Elegant design and looks really expensive. Cannot fault this company. They were super quick and very polite replying to any queries and did exactly as they promised. To get FREE delivery is simply amazing. Absolutely delighted with Furdeco delivery. It's a difficult place to deliver with narrow street so can't park outside then go through a car park and then up on first floor. They were so quick and efficient and never complained once and both had lovely manners. Really impressed by them and a credit to SLF24 and Furdeco. Great communications as to when they were coming. My last couch delivering experience was with DFS and it was abysmal. This experience was brilliant. Many thanks!

Great item, looks amazing in my living room!

Had an issue with the third party delivery company that they use which they chased up for me and I then finally received some compensation, so I recommend contacting them if you have any issues. The sofabed itself is ideal to allow me a spare bed in a small living space and looks good. Also pulls out into more of a chaise lounge if you just want to put your feet up while you read a book or watch a film

I was a but wary of ordering a sofa online but I took a chance as SLF24 UK offered a wide range, including more compact sofas which I was looking for.
Being able to order free fabric swatches was very useful as actually seeing and feeling the fabric really helps.
SLF24 UK also kept me informed via email at each stage
The delivery drivers from Furdeco were also great, they unpacked the sofa, put it together and took the packaging away.

Great company, quality sofas. I ordered multiple sample colours which arrived quickly. After placing my order I was regularly updated on production and delivery. Delivery company was also great. I bought a slender two seater sofa and armchair in graphite. The velvet material feels soft and luxurious. Structure of furniture is robust and legs are also high quality. I benefitted from the sale but even full price is good value for money as the quality is fantastic.
