I did the subscription in error. I asked to unsubscribe and they answered back very quickly, immediately, and solve my request in a few seconds. I was astonished! Great job!

I am a teacher and I wanted to revamp my ppts. Slidesgo.com resources are amazing and the team rightly deserves appreciation. I really didn't know I could do it so easily with their templates. Wonderful experience!

I have tried to delete my account, but an error message keeps appearing and I am not receiving any response to my requests. The customer service is non-existent and I am very disappointed by the lack of respect for data protection. Avoid!

Give me a PowerPoint about seed germination that I had to sign up, re search for, find the download, then it is filled out with mumbo jumbo about mercury and Saturn. You complete donkeys. I see it's meant as a template... What is the point of that exactly? Get someone to fill it out and share back to you ffs. Do not waste your time with this site.

Amazing. You can download 5 slides a month for free, they have a variety of different topics, easy to find everything.

I was looking for a quick way to create a Powerpoint presentation, and I came across Slidesgo. Using it, I was able to create a presentation in seconds based on a prompt that wasn't that great. I ended up with a good-looking presentation! It wasn't exactly what I needed, but dang it looked good! I'm looking forward to using Slidesgo as it progresses. Also, I had a good interaction with their customer service.

Slidesgo had everything I needed - great designs, compatibility with Google Slides, PPT, and Canva! It was so easy to use and adjust to my needs.

I got a payment issue and reached out to support. They responded quickly and the problem was resolved without any further complications.

Customer service was amazing! Had an issue with some payments and they found solutions quickly and were very respectful!

Even though I am not a subscription holder in the platform, my queries were met with real importance. I got help within 10mins.

Slidesgo is perfect for students, teachers, and anyone who wants to make a customized PowerPoint (It also helps if you're lazy and don't want to create one yourself). Your point gets across more easily to the audience if the presentation is interesting. Once I got an A+ because my PowerPoint looked amazing. The biggest perk of all is that you get your templates for free! (Well, most of them). I hope this helped!

I contacted support through their email and I couldn't believe how quickly they responded to my question. I received their email before the automated one saying they had received my email. They were courteous and helpful and gave me all the information I needed to move ahead with the PP templates.

The "try it" AI presentation generator worked so well, I subscribed right away to the Premium service. Now - it allows me to pick PPT templates and that's it. WTH? Where is the AI content creator? And where is the chatbot for customer service or help of ANY kind?? HERE is the only way I'm hoping to get your attention.

I am an educator with an official institutional email address. They enticed me to subscribe using the educator discount but then refused to apply the discount at checkout. I expressed frustration and was unable to cancel. I have now paid for two months of a service I don't use and I have requested support. I will update this review if I am successful in getting the support I need, but given my experience to date I would discourage others from using this service.
