The rapidity of the assistance team

This has been so amazing for creating lesson plans for use with my students. I recommend it to all of my teacher friends who wonder how I get the cutest slides!! The downloads work perfectly everytime. I keep a saved folder in my Google Drive of the copies and make copies from there for my lessons. That way I keep the template intact. I'm so thankful for the access to these slides, and I have used them for 2 years now. Thank you for what you do! My students always appreciate them too! :)

Slidesgo has a ton of super cute presentation templates that can be customized. Every time I use a slidesgo template, I get follow-up emails asking where I found my Slidedeck. They are easy to personalize and always look so polished. Slidesgo is definitely my go-to for presentations.

I love the features. It's easy to use. I enjoy being able to have fresh themes for my lessons.

I took a college class and another student said they used slidesgo and I had never heard of it. I visited the site and was amazed at all of the graphics. I downloaded a few and realized that there was a limit - BUT - as an educator I could pay a small yearly fee and download an unlimited amount of more than 15,000 slide decks. I do not use their info - just the graphics. They are so much fun and my kids love them!!!!!!

I think this site is very good but there are 2 problems:
1- When you search a template you dont always find the good result you want and you have to search it again
2- There is way too many slides at the end with the icons and stuff you should do the slides shorter

Apart from that, this is a good website but it could be better
I recommend you to use it

I was automatically charged the annual fee. When I contacted them to have it canceled (I couldn't cancel it myself) and to have it refunded ( I haven't used it in almost a year) they kept ignoring my emails that contained my account info and the last 4 digits of my card which is what they kept asking me for. They told me they were the Freepik team, even though their email was coming from support at slidesgo and in response to mine! This still isn't resolved. Do not give these people your credit card information unless you want a Kafkaesque experience.

I was using a design off this website for a marked presentation. After a few days it said my file had been changed externally and I couldn't save a copy and my old one was corrupted. The slides changed from lovely back grounds to boxes saying pictures couldn't be displayed with red crosses. I tried copy and pasting it into a new file and it wouldn't let me save. Not only was this was a massive waste of time editing it to my own personal taste and making each slide right for the content, I also lost all my content and hard work which days to find, write and create. I'm still not entirely sure why this has even happened other than assuming it is a falsely advertised website, potential scam and wants your personal details for their own gain. Would not recommend.

It's been 6 months since I suspended my monthly subscription of 5.99 euros and despite two unanswered complaint emails, I continue to be charged!

I am still waiting for Slidesgo to reply to my email. They charged me $30.00 which I had not authorised. So far they have ignored three emails I have sent trying the resolve the issue.

The website lets you preview the templates so that you can take a look at every slide before deciding to download. Each template includes custom slides to put your own lists, statistics, map, timeline, quotes, calendars/schedules, etc. They also include alternative resources and icons for you to decorate further. Definitely recommend this website!
