Excellent all round from initial quote, quality of products, to final installation. Original wooden sash windows installed 120 years ago removed and replaced with wooden double glazed sash windows with all the same period features and fittings. The whole experience from the quote to the works was excellent. Care and attention was taken whilst doing the works. The quality of the work was excellent. To understand the skill level, work was done on our warped front door which now has no drafts and shuts properly. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Great service, our stuck sash window represented a bit of an emergency for us. Sam from Sliding Sash Solutions fitted us in around his booked work, came over to take a look, fixed it in thirty minutes and provided us with advice avoiding it in the future.

Really pleased with the service and end product. We had 11 sash windows replaced and they all look great. Sam was very accommodating from start to finish and paid a lot of attention to detail and kept me updated daily. He was also very considerate and was very diligent in clearing up at the end of each day. I had considered completely replacing the windows, including the frames originally, and researched into many options in great detail. Sam didn’t do the hard sales push, which I appreciated. He simply responded to my many questions and the quote was competitive based on similar materials used. I am certain I made the right decision to choose this company for the works. We were recommended them by neighbours on the same street and would highly recommend to others.

Very good service all round from beginning to end. Needed to replace a pair of sash window where parts had gone rotten. Very good professional experience discussing replacement options with Sam - opted for double glazed solution with Sam offering extra drip bar to help keep rain water off. Installation service also very positive: Kyle and Dave very experienced fitters and very helpful. Very good experience all round.

Sad that nowadays when someone turns up to do a job on time, does it well and does not go over budget I am amazed! Excellent service and product. A pleasure to deal with, highly recommended!

Andy and his team restored and serviced 8 sash windows some 7 years ago (can't remember if I left them a review) but they did a great job then.

After 7 years they are all still working fine so that alone is a testament to their work!

Anyway, one window developed a fault as a corner joint had failed. Nothing to do with their previous work but they came to fix it and it was again a pleasure to have them in the house. Courteous, positive, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy.

I am really happy to recommend them as they clearly care for their customers and reputation.
