Good service when ordering something but really dreadful at answering questions by email. Lucky if you even get a response. That’s why I’ve gone elsewhere.

Not able to provide a continuity in treatment. Concerning
I am concerned about the lack of continuity in my treatment. Despite reordering my medication a week ago, I have not received any response and my consultation is still pending. This delay means I will miss my next scheduled dose.

We did attempt to contact you multiple times to complete the necessary review prior to processing your order, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response at the time. We’re pleased that our team has since been able to connect with you directly and resolve this matter.
If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch - we’re always happy to help.
Great experience
Great experience - I was a bit wary of using a supplier I considered to be less well-known, especially at such a bargain price, but the approval process was swift, efficient and easy. My parcel arrived extremely well packaged and still cold. I would highly recommend Slimming Direct.

Brilliant company, glad I changed to this provider
Brilliant company and very easy to contact and talk to. I have been with my last provider for over a year and not had so much professionalism and courtesy. So glad I took the plunge and changed over.

New customer, checks were completed promptly and reached out to customer service as my photo wouldn't load, they sorted it straight away. Video call arranged the next day and meds received 2 days later. Brilliant. Recommended to my friend too.
