My experience working with David Orr and Secured Lending Options has been phenomenal from start to finish. I approached David with a complex linked portfolio transaction which had many challenges and unknowns. David’s knowledge both from a lending standpoint and his experience dealing with large landlords and lenders helped incredibly throughout the process. Being a portfolio landlord can complicate your pool of lenders and invariably you encounter hiccups which you learn to deal with along the way. Having David Orr was fundamental in this acquisition.
