Worked alongside Stefan and Josh as they arranged a refurbishment loan for me, to finish a small development of 4 New Build Houses we are doing.

Given it was mid build, it was slightly more complex with strict lending criteria, but despite this, Stefan & Josh guided me through, liaised promptly with my solicitor, the lender and the lenders solicitor, and provided an all round fantastic service throughout the entire process.

I would highly recommend their services, and I look forward to working alongside them again in the near future on other projects.

We had a not so easy HMO property and time critical but Josh and Stefan managed to get us the bridging finance and the lending on time. Throughout the process from Bridging to completion Josh has been fantastic in his communication and constantly put pressure on solicitors to complete processes on time.
