Hi Jack,
Sorry to hear you were disappointed with your reward. That's how bonus wagering works, and it's set out in the terms of the offer before you accept it. A bonus isn't cash handed over, it's cash you convert into withdrawable money by playing it through a set number of times, this is the standard for most online casino bonuses, it allows us to offer more (and bigger) rewards to players. without that condition the offer wouldn't exist.
Worth knowing though: on the bonuses in your region, your own deposited money isn't locked. If you win while playing with your deposited funds you can withdraw it at any point. You'd forfeit the bonus, but you are never stuck playing through £500 to reach your own funds. If you lose your deposit while playing then the bonus starts to be used for play and the wagering terms apply to these funds only.
And if you'd rather deposit without a bonus at all, you can decline the offer and your money stays entirely yours from the start.

Thanks for taking the time to write this up, the detail is really useful. Sorry about the games lagging and freezing; that's not the experience we want anyone to have. If you can get in touch with our support on Live Chat with the device and browser you're on and the games it's happening with, we'll get it properly looked into.
The promotions feedback when you're lodging in Atlantic is understandable, but for the moment you can only claim the deposit offers with a registered pay method on the Slotbox account and not through the terminal deposits in club.
And thanks for the good word on the staff, the Live Chat team and the games range. Much appreciated, and we'd like to get the other bits sorted for you.
