Use to very good when they first brough…
Use to very good when they first brough it out in Covid, it absolute rubbish now the rtp is suppose to be 97.7 or something, mine is 70% this week, 500 every week and nothing, sometimes 1000 and nothing, I would have it 5 star it 2 years ago but there has been no wins, you have to put in about 200 before the games might play up to 200 if your lucky, it’s gone so downhill, I’ve found 1 or 2 more site thats play fairer than this, online bots give you same shit when you tell them nothin was playing, they say your going through bad luck, and won’t last, its lasted nearly 2 years now, or tell you try different games, if iam putting my money online to play I think I should be able to play the games iam choosing to play, or offer you 20 spins of 10cent, thats a slap in the face after putting in hundreds, and bonus money you cant cash out you have to keep playing it until it converts to money you can cash out which is sometimes never, was a very good website 2 or 3 years ago, absolute shit now

Hi Orla,
Thanks for taking the time to write this, and for having been with us since 2021.
On RTP: the 97% figure is a game's theoretical return, calculated over millions of spins. It isn't a target for a week, a session, or any individual player. A 70% return measured over one week of play doesn't indicate something has gone wrong or changed, short-run results swing widely in both directions, and the longer you play the closer the average tends to sit to the published figure. To be clear, our RTP settings have not been changed at any point. The games are certified and run identically for every player, every session.
Deposit amounts make no difference to outcomes either. Nothing about your balance, your deposit history or how much you've staked feeds into the result of a spin. Every spin has the same chance as winning.
On game choice, please play whatever you want to play, always. When our team mentions other titles it isn't about steering you away from anything. Games differ in volatility: high-volatility titles pay out less often in exchange for the chance of a much bigger win, while their RTP stays the same. That's usually what's behind a run of nothing on a particular game when short term results payout less than you had hoped.
And our support team aren't bots. They're people, most of them with long careers in this industry, and they're limited to telling you the truth rather than what would be nicer to hear.
On the bonus, wagering requirements are a standard condition on bonus funds across the industry, and ours are set out in the terms before you accept any offer. If a specific bonus wasn't clear, tell us which one and we'll look at it.
We've sent you a request through Trustpilot for your account details. If you can reply to it, we'll go through your actual play history rather than talk in generalities, and come back to you directly.
