Robert in loyalty poor at keeping customers.
They are poor at retaining loyal players. Have played there for years and deposited high amounts, very unwilling to reward returning players. Cashback isnt great ar 7%. Other casinos in my experience are better at rewarding players. Good casino if you only deposit 20 here and there. If you play large amounts dont bother. Jo and Emmi in the loyalty team are great. Robert not so much
