Title: Slow verification, address issues, lost money — not trustworthy
I deposited €415 total and only withdrew €25 so far. My €150 withdrawal has been stuck for days.
They kept asking for documents again and again: ID reversed, ZIP files not accepted, then address mismatch. I provided my official address letter from N5 Welcome Centre, but they delayed everything step by step. It felt like they were making excuses not to process my withdrawal.
I have lost a lot of money playing here, and when I finally tried to withdraw, they kept blocking me with new requirements every time.
It took days just to update my address. This is not how a proper casino should treat customers. I do not recommend it.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify: we asked for verification documents two months ago, but they were only sent once a withdrawal was requested. Some of the ID images couldn't be read, and the account details didn't match the documents. That's why we had to ask for clear copies and an explanation.
Even so, your address was updated and your account fully verified less than 24 hours after you requested the withdrawal.
Multiple issues with this site and compliance issues
Multiple issues with this site, ongoing complaint from July and have just stoped responding.
In process of taking legal action and would be more than happy to assist anyone with similar issues
