Hi Kim,
Thanks for sharing your experience. We're sorry the RTP didn't feel rewarding during your sessions. Outcomes on any given day can vary a lot due to normal volatility, but we understand that's frustrating when you're not seeing wins. If you'd like, please reach out to our support team so we can take a closer look at your account activity and see if there's anything we can clarify or improve.
Have used a few sites and is definitely the worst paying

Hi Kale, thanks for sharing your feedback. All our games are fully licenced and use certified RNG technology with RTPs that are independently tested and published, so every player has a fair chance regardless of the game they are playing. We're sorry your experience didn't feel that way.

Hi Daniel, thank you for the feedback. We noticed your star rating seems lower than the comment suggests. If something didn't go as expected, we'd love to hear more so we can help. Please feel free to reach out to our support team anytime.
The bonuses are a joke to redeem
The bonuses are a joke to redeem, u have spend 100s and the slots take way more than they payout , sure that's how use make money 👍

Hi Aidan, we're sorry the bonus terms felt unclear or unfair. Wagering requirements and game contributions are outlined in our bonus terms, and we're always working to make them clearer. If you'd like, please contact support so we can walk through your specific bonus and explain how it was calculated.

Hello I playing in here for 3 years I…
Hello I playing in here for 3 years I deposit there to much money but never see big win in here. Now from 18th July I deposit more then 10000€ and I only can win back 1000€ so now they give me that vip status but still nothing change in that slotbox.Games are like dead.I warning people not playing in here from my experience and that experience is really bad.Not see any wins and 2 times get cashback and of course you can’t win anything. It’s really bad and when text them they all time said you are not lucky but I think it’s just worst gaming app.And also i cant try my cashback this week because then just block my account without my promision.Im really dissapointed with this gaming app.People sātu Swan.Better try diffrent casino.

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry you've had a disappointing experience.
I'm not able to discuss your account or any restriction on it in a public reply, that's confidential, and it wouldn't be right for us to set it out here. Our team is already in contact with you about this directly, and that's the right place for it to be dealt with.
On your comments about the games: the return-to-player percentage is set by each game provider and independently certified. It's fixed, and it doesn't change based on your account, your Slotclub level, or any cashback you've received. Outcomes are random, so extended runs without a significant win are possible.
One last thing, if gambling has stopped being enjoyable, or the amounts involved have become more than you want them to be, free and confidential support is available from Gambling Awareness Trust and Extern Problem Gambling.
