Ok this is a follow up review hi Christopher long here to report on how I got on as promised with regards to withdrawal couldn't fault them usually within twenty four hours choice of games excellent.now the negatives when I signed up I deliberately didn't take any bonus as in my experience they can be controversial down the line with regards to free spins you get them very rarely and when you do. Not worth playing example I got twenty five free spins won something like a fiver to receive the fiver I had to gamble one hundred and thirty five euros where is the logic in that.the game I was mostly playing is called rapid all very good playing at twenty cents fairish at fifty cents but when you increase your stake to seventy five cents and one euro your chances of winning goes away down I left three hundred and forty eight euros there Saturday night in the space of one and a half hours.and not one offer of a cash back or free games which are not bonus related so my experience over all was very disappointing I actually contacted customer service and got a prompt reply saying I was not entitled to anything so basically to me this is all one-way traffic they take your money and don't reward you so basically I'm down several hundred euros now and didn't receive anything of a monetary reward . people ye can make your own minds up this was my experience one which I'm quite annoyed and surprised with didn't get a response to my last review so not expecting one to this pointless getting on to support as they they just reply with the same old company jargon yours Christopher long

On cashback, it's a benefit of our Platinum Slotclub tier and above, and your account currently sits below that level, which is why support told you it wasn't available. We're sorry if it came across as jargon. The weekly free spins you did receive come from the same Slotclub programme, so they're not bonus-linked in the way you might have assumed, though we take your point that the wagering attached to the win made them feel less rewarding versus cashback which has X1 wagering.
On RTP, the return-to-player percentage is fixed and independently certified, and it doesn't change with stake size. Higher stakes produce bigger swings in both directions, which can make a session feel very different, but the odds on winning with a spin at 20c and €1 are identical.
Lastly, the session you describe sounds like a disappointing one, and we'd rather say this than not: deposit limits, loss limits and time-outs are all in your account settings, and support can set any of them up for you if you ever felt the need to use one these options.
