Allows you to gamble without KYC. I was withdrawing and depositing with no issue for weeks. The moment I won the money back I had lost suddenly they then wanted to complete KYC\AML to withdraw. That in itself is a red flag. In the waiting period I ended up canceling withdrawals and loosing the withdrawal amounts and then some. Funny how when I won back my losses they triggered KYC. I'll be going to IBAS or the gambling commissioners if this isnt handled properly.

They are not connected to whether a player is winning or losing, the system has no awareness of session outcomes, only cumulative account activity. In your case, the request was made because that automatic threshold was met, and importantly, it did not delay or block your withdrawal in any way. The funds remained available to you throughout.
Prior to this, multiple withdrawals had been approved and paid on your account without issue, including a significant withdrawal the previous day, which demonstrates that paying out winnings was never a problem.
