Very quick delivery.
I was dubious that I would find a mattress that was comfortable for our rock n roll bed as I do suffer with back pain. But I’ve just come back from a 5 day festival and I slept like a log ! No back issues whatsoever and it was so comfortable! Thank you

Absolutely perfect, easy to order and delivery was super fast. We used the topper in our van at the weekend and it was so comfy...totally recommended if you have a camper.

We bought this to use in our roof top tent. We slept init for the first time the other week and had a great nice thanks to this Slothie. Great product I have recommended it to a friend to go over their rock and roll bed.

Just what I needed to make the campervan bench seat into a comfy bed. I bought the 5cm deep, 65cm wide mattress. It has a good, soft cover and came with the zip bag - (though I can't be bothered to put it in there each day, so just roll up and put a elastic strap round.) Very happy with my purchase.

Even when unpacking I sensed this was a top piece of kit. Used it a few times and what a comfortable sleep in the camper. Rolls up well for easy storage Highly recommended. 👍👍

Fabulous mattress topper - perfect for our caravan. The topper was delivered quickly and was well packaged. It's beautifully thick (we went for the 5cm option), and makes the bed in the sofa area so comfortable.

Great to have the bag as well. We will also look to get toppers for our single beds to make them even comfier!

Great purchase,easy delivery. Bought a large single topper for our motorhome to lay on the cushion bed to even it out for Mr as he has bad back. Works perfectly so buying a second for me 😄

I bought this so that when I travel anywhere I’ll always be comfortable. I’ve had some bad experiences with very hard beds. This will be perfect although I’ve not had the chance to use it yet. I’ve laid on it and I know it is just what I need. Thank you

It was delivered in good condition and excellent quality. It packs away easily in the bag provided. I haven’t had chance to use it yet. It was bought for a camping trip in July

We recently got our camper van and needed some mattress toppers for the bed. We found Slothie online and they seemed to have good products at sensible prices. The other benefit to us being in a van is that they come with bags so we can store them away each day much more easily, so this was an added benefit. Having ordered two toppers with their respective bags, within a few days the toppers arrived but no bags. We emailed the company (as no phone contact details) and to be fair, they responded quickly to apologies and to say that the bags were out of stock due to demand, but they didn't want to hold off sending the toppers in the meantime. We were grateful for this and for the subsequent communications on the bag delivery. We now have both and we're really happy with the quality of the toppers and the bags, they are just what we wanted and are super comfortable and pack away brilliantly in the bags. Can highly recommend based on our experience with Slothie.

Warning regarding returns policy.

The website advertises free returns, but when I tried to return my item I was told I would need to pay for return shipping unless it was faulty, which is not stated in their policy.

The item also arrived without a carry bag that was listed as included.

I ultimately had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider to get my money back.

There is no way to contact the company by telephone, only by email.

Delivery was very quick and the mattress itself is extremely comfortable! I use it for an extra bed for my grandchildren when they stay. They are delighted with it. Packing it away is easier than I was expecting too so overall I’m very happy !

Update: the team at Slothie responded and managed to get a replacement sent out to me with a discounted code. Bag wasn’t enclosed but was sent out in different order. The mattress is very comfortable and should be great in our caravan for our daughter. The team at Slothie resolved my issue and therefore have adjusted the review and rating to reflect this.

Ordered a Slothie Mattress Topper. Was meant to be delivered over a week ago and still nothing. Contacted the courrier who has deemed it missing and advised to get the company to initiate an investigation. Emailed Slothie and no response. Not impressed with the customer service and now £120 odd pound down with no item to show for it. Will think twice about ordering again.

The mattress I ordered came quickly and was really excellent. It solved the problem of an uncomfortable bed in my campervan and I think it will be really useful camping in a tent too. It has a zipped cover so it can be washed.
