The online application was easy to complete and they got in contact with companies I had requested straight away. All I then had to do was verify that I had made the request for each one to be actioned. It was really good value for money.

Super easy and straight forward process. Loads of options and really clean interface makes it easy to do everything.

The process didn't save much time compared to me dealing direct with the authorities.

I like the concept, but it bugs out and I can’t access my dashboard. Had a few problems with the service

Thank you for setting this service up, I do appreciate it very much! It's very good to be able to change my address with so many different organisations. However, I was puzzled by the inconclusive end to the questions pages, and didn't know what to do next (there was no "Finish" sign of any sort) and found myself back at the start and having to do it again. Also, there's no obvious way to get from reading the Terms and Conditions, back to the form, and so I had to do the form again, once more, because pressing Back took me to the email and the start.
I can see that SlothMove are in the process of getting other organisations and firms on board, so I couldn't enter my actual pension provided, for instance, as the list was not comprehensive. It would be useful if this fact (the incomplete of the list of each type of organisation,& its continuing development I assume) were to be noted at the start. I was initially confused by the lack of big names in some lists (e.g. Barclays Bank, Civil Service Pensions, Motabilty) but on thinking about it, came to the conclusion that you must be working on it. In other words, more information would be helpful, to avoid worrying!

It was quick and convenient. Will probably save me a lot of time.

Very easy to navigate and definitely saves time and effort. Lost a star as it’s not made clear you have to pay for the service until you’ve entered lots of information.
