Took a bit longer than expected, but no issues.
Straightforward process. Everything worked fine.
I have found it very difficult to understand which organisations have registered my change of address. Several months later, many of them are still using the old address and (when it works) the Royal Mail auto-forward catches the letters and send them on. Don't know if this the fault of SlothMove or the organisations. Their responses say "we are only a small team" so I suspect they are not sufficiently staffed to provide a reliable service.

Promises a lot, does less.
Only good for an individual, as you have to pay per household member.
Can't go back in and review what was sent, just a pretty but useless dashboard.
DVLA, DWP and some NHS worked fine.
Doesn't do the range of services promoted.
Am discovering services I thought were transfered weren't. Doesn't look like our water supply was transfered from Thames to Affinity.
Customer service is poor.
Needs to be clearer about its limitations (Doesn't do storecards or other memberships).

Good morning Ann, thank you for responding to my last query that you could not find the payment I had made for my wife’s account so I emailed you back straight away and I haven’t had a response that was six days ago. Your argument is if I email you again it goes to the back of the list so I would be very grateful if you could source that email check the payment that I have made. I have given you the details for payment made to activate my wife’s account. Your product is very good, but unfortunately your customer service is disappointing. Many of these things need to be dealt with promptly. We have moved property now nearly 3 weeks ago, everything you’ve done for me is fine but we’ve had no notification on her and my only option is to put this on trust pilot because as I said emailing you seems to push you to the back of the queue. ??

I've used Sloth Move previously and the service was quite straightforward, however, this time the experience has been terrible. I paid £25 to update my details and after being asked to complete questions on multiple occasions, I then received an email to say this was still outstanding. The portal they provided was seriously poor and showed no information, and days after contacting them for support and providing screenshots with the issues found, I have not received any response apart from an automated message. The service promotes itself as something that will make things easier during the moving process, but this has been the most frustrating part of it all. As I had previously had a good experience with the service, I was willing to pay to use it again, however it definitely hasn't been worth it this time.

There is no way to go skip steps or fix mistakes. The entire form must be restarted. Saps my confidence in the process and the company. All the effort goes into a "slick" interface which has no usability. Form is not the only goal here, the thing has to function for real people. Real moves do not all fit your straight jacket template.

Seemed good at first, but turns out a few things had been left out when swapping over which led to me having to manually change those details anyways. I was also told that I would have to purchase the plan again to update the details for my partner who was moving with me which was not detailed when I signed up, thus meaning we had to swap all his details over manually anyways. It probably would have been an easier process to swap all of the details over myself.

I have found no evidence that SlothMove has changed my address anywhere. I've asked them to tell me what organisations they have contacted and changed but they have not replied.
As I now do not trust them to do any changing of my address I am systematically contacting everywhere I asked them to change and have not found one organisation where it has already been done. I've been at my new address since May 22nd.

Signed up to slothmove, paid the fee. Got sent the email link to register my account but it took me to a website building page.
I've emailed the hello@myslothmove multiple times and I haven't recieved a response.
I've left it a whole month to see if there was a response but nothing. Added the CEO & Head of Growth on LinkedIn to try a different route but they haven't accepted.
Do not waste your money.

Not been able to transfer store cards, accounts held by me and registered under a different email than the one I used to sign up to SlothMove.
